Hands down the best place we have stopped to eat during our travels since the end of 2024. Delicious chicken club house sandwich with broccoli cheddar soup for me – we inhaled our food! I really wish I could remember the name of the front counter Lady – she was extremely professional and looked truly happy that we were there.

My wife grew up in Herrin. When we come to visit her family, we usually go to other eateries. I’m from New England, and we have Delis everywhere. I’m glad we stopped in this trip! I was really craving a salad and some broccoli and cheddar soup. McAlisters nailed it. The chef salad was large and loaded with toppings. The honey mustard dressing was great. The soup was delicious. I wish I had gotten a bowl instead of a cup. I also ordered the spud max. It was HUGE and full of toppings and cooked perfectly. If we were locals, we’d definitely be stopping in frequently. Thank you for a delicious lunch!

My first visit was good. I got a Rubin and a chef salad to go. They me about the app and a free tea for 30 days after joining the app. No other place has done that.

The service was great, the food was great, and the place was very clean. Ezra, who I’m assuming is the manager, brought our food out to us and was extremely outgoing and friendly. I could tell by the way he interacted with both customers and his staff that he treats people well, and his employees like him. Also the reuben was probably the best I’ve ever had.

Staff here is AWESOME and Super Friendly as well as always helpful. The food is awesome (though I’m disappointed about them taking off the Big Nasty from the menu). Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but the food and staff SO make it worth it. One of the top 5 chain restaurants in Marion to go to!!!

We split a Berry Pecan Chicken salad for a light dinner. We really enjoyed it strawberries and blueberries and candied pecans. Very tasty and healthy with tnder chicken. We plan to go to the locations near us. This was our first visit!

Very high quality food at an extremely affordable price. All entrees are made to order; fresh and delicious. The service staff is very friendly, professional, and polite. They have a very dynamic menu to suit almost anyone. I’ve had a lot of different food here, and I’ve never once been even close to displeased with anything I’ve had. An amazing chain, doing food and service the right way.

Horrible ! Even had a whole section closed off before 6 pm, cramming everyone in the same area, my sons grilled cheese was hard as a rock so they brought him another one ! It had a hole in it and another hard sandwich !! My cucumber salad was hard like they just sliced it and made it. The portions were very skimpy and we paid $40 for our meal not coming back !
