So, the wife and I were craving something sweet so we went with McAlister’s. Wife wanted the Strawberry S. Cake, and THIS is what we got. SO disappointing. We expected better.

The service was great, the food was great, and the place was very clean. Ezra, who I’m assuming is the manager, brought our food out to us and was extremely outgoing and friendly. I could tell by the way he interacted with both customers and his staff that he treats people well, and his employees like him. Also the reuben was probably the best I’ve ever had.

Went to lunch with my husband in the midst of our busy schedules, and after waiting for over 20 minutes for our nachos and baked potato, everything arrived cold. My husband returned the food and we were told that we would have to wait another 30-40 minutes before they got more potatoes in. I just asked for a refund in which I received without hesitation. On another note, the waiter was very kind.

Horrible ! Even had a whole section closed off before 6 pm, cramming everyone in the same area, my sons grilled cheese was hard as a rock so they brought him another one ! It had a hole in it and another hard sandwich !! My cucumber salad was hard like they just sliced it and made it. The portions were very skimpy and we paid $40 for our meal not coming back !

The food is awesome the deli sandwiches taste so good, some of the best ever. Lots of kid-friendly menu items. It is a bit pricey though for one person to eat it cost about 10 bucks but did they kid meals are only 350 so they save you a lot of money there. Friendly staff. Wish the tea was cold. Nice and clean and you can order from her table if you wish through the app. Very good potato salad

Using the app, we ordered two Angus spuds, one with extra cheese, for pickup. The order took 50% longer to be ready than promised by the app, even though the place had no business when we got there. We got home and opened the boxes to find no au jus with either spud and hardly any cheese on either. I probably won’t be back. It’s not a place we go to often and I don’t like rewarding incompetence with my business.

Your employees act like they don’t know whats going on half the time. I had to ask multiple times about an item while ordering it and he still got it wrong. Went back in to get it corrected to be told by another employee they barely had enough Angus roast beef to make my one sandwich so they couldn’t king the order like I requested I also asked for no tomato…..guess what was in the sandwich even after asking for it to not be in there. …the food itself tastes great as always but your employees are severely lacking.

Very high quality food at an extremely affordable price. All entrees are made to order; fresh and delicious. The service staff is very friendly, professional, and polite. They have a very dynamic menu to suit almost anyone. I’ve had a lot of different food here, and I’ve never once been even close to displeased with anything I’ve had. An amazing chain, doing food and service the right way.

We split a Berry Pecan Chicken salad for a light dinner. We really enjoyed it strawberries and blueberries and candied pecans. Very tasty and healthy with tnder chicken. We plan to go to the locations near us. This was our first visit!
