The food and service was so good! I was having trouble deciding what to get, but luckily this sweet young lady named Lexi was kind enough to help me pick something I would love while taking my order. Will definitely be coming back for reliable, fast, and clean service.

Always good food. Dinner time on Saturday night (5:30pm) and they have no spuds. Kyle, the manager was super nice and friendly, said that someone came in and bought every spud they had. Guess I wonder why there isn’t a limit. Other than that, the food is always great! The place is always very clean and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The new caramel apple lemonade is interesting. Good and weirdly interesting.

My husband and I eat here almost every Friday. My husband loves their peach tea, baked potatoes with meat, and turkey crunch sandwich. I love their salads, and the Garden Turkey Sandwich, which they took off the menu, but they still let me order,. I highly recommend the chose2 option.
The customer service is great, they are friendly and make sure you are happy with your order.

The food at all McAlister’s is good, but this location is one the dirtiest I’ve seen. Every time I come in I see 4-5 dirty tables with dishes all over them, and 2-3 more that haven’t been wiped off. My wife really likes McAlister’s but I usually refuse to go because the place is SO dirty and the employees aren’t very helpful or polite either. Also it took 15 minutes for us to get our lukewarm food. Take note, this is NOT what a McAlister’s Deli is supposed to be.

Ate lunch. Service was slow, only 1 person taking orders, which delayed ordering. Then only 1 bringing food thus delay in delivery.
No explanation why cooking took 15 minutes but we were not the only order.
Just seems to be reduced Employees for the time of day.. Lunch.
Sandwiches good, Soup great, Soda mix is off but drinkable.
Tables dirty but that goes back to comment on reduced employee levels.
I am sure the GM’s P&L was looking good at the expense of the customer.

A clean space to eat delightful MD food! The CSRs could be more nice but were nice enough to get the food out correctly and in time.

Most pathetic lunch experience I’ve had in a very, VERY long time. I ordered a Choose Two, half a veggie sandwich and a cup of potato soup, which was basically cloudy water with about 4 tiny cubes of potato in the bottom. I was charged $9.99 for the tiniest sandwich I’ve ever been served and $5.99 for the cup of soup. So much for the Choose Two deal. The friend that was with me ordered a chef salad. No issues there. So for a meal that was smaller than any kids meal I’ve ever seen, a salad and 2 iced teas, 42 bucks. I will never be inside this place again, and I’ve certainly learned to NOT tip before my order has been provided, which their website says they don’t ask for anyway.
