Today I brought my parents here for their first time, and we had an amazing experience. Every staff member we interacted with was absolutely kind and accommodating, which made the visit even better. Great experience, got to meet general manager, Tyler, Peterson and area director Andrew Sheehan. Overall, the atmosphere was great, the food was excellent, and the service was impeccable. What really impressed me was to see both the general manager in the area director, walking around, checking on customers and even getting refills for those that needed them… Exceptional customer service… So rare to see nowadays… Definitely will be Back!

My husband and I love to eat at this McAlister’s Deli. I think we have tried almost everything on the menu and we have liked it all. We’ve never been disappointed in anything we’ve tried. The made to order food is always delicious. Yum! WE ALSO LOVE THE TEA!!

Visiting from out of town and decided to stop for lunch. Wonderful staff, I was helped by Nicholia and served by Aubrianna. This isn’t your normal Deli this is a blessing to your tastebuds. Clean establishment, friendly staff, will visit again.

Was excited to see Mc Alister Deli in Quad city. Was ok different . Surprised the served the potato soup that was supposed to to be a bowl being placed in a to go container when it was dine in . Never seen that at a Mc Alister .
