My first time trying this place, never heard of it, but decided to stop by because of a T-Mobile promotion. Restaurant was empty, but at the register, there was no one. One guy that seemed to be an employee was eating and talking on the phone. After a few minutes, he approached me to ask if I was coming to pick up an online order. The employee did not look professional at all. He was even carrying a backpack like he was about to go, but he didn’t. I guess that was his style. My sandwich was good, but nothing like Wow. I must come back. Would I return? probably not unless there’s another deal, the vibes were not that good and food was just average.

I visit McAlister’s Deli often with my family, and I’m always amazed by the exceptional service from the staff. Diana greets us with her warm and friendly smile at the register each time we come. She goes above and beyond by recommending seasonal sandwiches and accommodating our dietary restrictions. Today we dined in and Diana even handed us a handwritten card!! The food here is consistently fresh and full of flavor. I’ve tried salads, wraps, and sandwiches, and they’ve all been fantastic.
I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service.

I’m happy to say that I had one of the greatest lunches most tasty succulent deliciously fresh salad, strawberries pecans blueberries I added some avocado some croutons and I just sat here in such a bliss between thinking about my wonderful creator yahoo and this wonderful restaurant with this salad woo hoo. Oh yeah great afternoon management was wonderful and kind. Nice to see happy people.

I always get salads from here and I do t think I will be returning first off the line is soooo long with one cashier who has to help the customers use the app if you don’t know how to use the apps and get points to the back of the line you go it’s inconsiderate for other customers and the employees to had to do that 5-10m trying to get a discount on the app let alone phone orders that will get taken before you now I don’t know what kind of salad this is but in the whole year I’ve been eating here I have never seen this southwest salad and it has different ingredients so disappointed with the way they operate their business ran very poorly first picture is the salad I have second picture is the salad on the website last picture is the same salad I had 2 months ago that they forgot to add chicken too

Bright, clean, and inviting place with a friendly staff. So far I’ve tried a couple of their ginormous taters, the Veggie Spud and the Max Spud and they were both good and filled with plenty of tasty ingredients. The McAlister’s Club is pretty good too. Prices aren’t bad when you consider what you’re getting for the money.

Didn’t have a good experience here. The man at the register seemed annoyed when I asked questions since it was my first time and I wasn’t familiar with the menu. I wanted to order a ham sandwich instead I ordered the wrong thing mephine sandwich and soup for my daughter — unfortunately, the sandwich was soggy and unappetizing, and we couldn’t eat it. The soup was just okay.
On a positive note, the manager was polite and came over to check on us, which I appreciated. However, the rest of the food was very disappointing. My Caesar salad had an extremely strong fishy taste — the sardines in the dressing were overwhelming. The club sandwich was probably the only decent item we had.
Overall, we spent over $40 and left feeling very let down. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

Tried giving this place another chance from the last time I visited here. Fool me once, shame on me! Argued with my daughter that she didn’t need a cookie. Needless to say she won and I ordered one to my mistake. Can’t believe they’re pushing burnt cookies out of this place and charging people for them. I’d be embarrassed to give them away. Let alone sell them, and not feel bad about it. Then added an optional pickle to my other daughter’s order and didn’t receive it. She literally orders things and sometimes only eats the pickle. So two unhappy daughters. Plus hate how they’d add a cold item with a warm item in a to go box(baked potato and salad). Doest’t make a whole lot on sense….. Need I say more. Fool me twice. Well…..you shouldn’t be able to fool me again ♂️

Ordered the New Yorker. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of meat on the sandwich, as you can see in the picture. The food was prepared exponentially quick – But don’t let that for you, the sandwich was delicious. Place was clean. Come out. The staff was friendly, and I look forward to coming back.
