This was a really nice place and I would have gladly gave them a pretty high review however the food was pretty simple, seemed like something I could have just easily purchased at a gas station or made at home. I only tried the cold club sandwich as a wrap. I’m definitely giving them a five-star for service, accuracy, speed, and atmosphere.

I Ordered the Pick Two-
One cup broccoli cheese soup
1/2 jalapeño turkey crunch
One fountain drink
One cup for water

Delicious food and solid portions!
The drink is 3.69- BUT it’s an oversized cup, and the fountain drinks are self-serve.
No charge for water.

This combo was accurate for the price, time, and quality. Which are my three main points of experience.

A good addition to Muskegon! We enjoyed nachos, chicken salad on a croissant and the veggie chili. The tea is bomb diggity! The team was happy to help and all seemed like they enjoyed their job. We will be back.

For starters, the website is one of the absolute worst websites for viewing menus and placing an order. Then they have the Audacity to charge the customer a fee to maintain their crap site. If you can’t afford your website while price gouging frozen, powder soup mixes and repurposed, over processed boxed food, you have a major financial management issue to look into.
We ordered two 12 inch subs, the sides were macaroni and cheese and broccoli cheese soup. We also ordered a slice of carrot cake. The total was almost $50. The 12 inch subs are doubtfully 12 inches. They cut the sub in half, lay the halves side by side and roll it up into the wrapper, like they are folding a burrito. The subs are squashed and smashed and the wrapper has to be removed from the inside of your sub. The picture included shows what looks like half of the sub laying on its side, it’s not on its side. That how messed up it became from the employee wrapping it up. Before unwrapping the other sub, it began heavily leaking a brown liquid. Nothing on the sub should have been wet, let alone brown! The entire sub was soaked and soggy. It was also made completely incorrect. They subtracted things I wanted, left thing I didn’t want and didn’t add the toppings I requested. They were so dead that I doubt they were making enough money to even pay the electric bill. There are zero excuses for not having the order made correctly. The soup was lukewarm at best. It’s made from a cheap powder mix, combined with water, frozen, purchased by this company and sold to the customer, thawed and not properly temped. It tastes accordingly. Soup comes with five pieces of shredded cheese thrown on top. The macaroni and cheese noodles were gross, overcooked mush and the canned cheese sauce is weird but ok…I guess. It was definitely not up to temp like the soup and the Health Department really needs to pay them a visit. The carrot cake was definitely a frozen. The frosting is really creamy but just tastes like sweet sugar. Its not the cheapest product they could buy and they cut it themselves so the exposed cake isn’t dried out. Regardless its definitely not worth the price. We had gotten each a potatoe the only other time we visited. The potatoes were dirty, the toppings are basically nonexistent and like everything else here, ridiculously over priced.
The pick up rack is a petrie dish and ground zero for our next pandemic. The employees put the bags on the shelf with the name tags facing the wrong way. All thrown up on the same shelf, despite having an organizational system. People come in and touch all the bags, open them up and put their hands inside. The employees are all children and it shows.
Two chances and two complete failures. Definitely don’t recommend. It’s better if you just throw the fifty dollars in the dumpster.

Update after (owner) reply
If it was really that “important” you’d do something ie ask for me to contact the (owner)/store by email, phone, in person to attempt to rectify an unacceptable $50 order. Especially considering I didn’t waste my time contacting/return to the store or make your children remake my food. Instead you reply with nonsense copy and paste. Don’t say you’ll think about doing better, just do better. This location is an embarrassment and you should be mortified. I will definitely now be contacting the Health Department in the morning.

If your hungry for some amazing food, come to McAllister, their sandwich are so good, salads are fire. Service is fast, they are a newer place so they can get super busy, but that’s when you can order online and pick up at their window. Makes service easy, atmosphere is diabolical, this place is by far the best place to eat at.

Was VERY Disappointed!!!! Was at work today and people were talking about this place so I was excited to try it for the 1st time. I went there for my lunch break and ordered the 2 for $10.98 so I was “Suppose” to get a 1/2 of a sandwich and 1/2 of something of another choice, but As you can see my 1/2 sandwich was Only a Quarter of a sandwich!! 3 bits and it was gone.

I don’t like doing this. But after the way, I was treated by the employee when I brought my food up to them. I made a comment about my sandwich. Basically didn’t look anything like it was on the menu and it looked like they just threw two pieces of bread together mayonnaise and ham on it and that was it and charged me 14 bucks for it and then the salad we got the lettuce was brown. We asked if we could get a new one and they said no then when I asked for a manager, they would not get a manager for me. Come on you guys can do better.

First time trying this chain. Very impressed with the quality of the food. I liked the broccoli cheese soup a lot as well as the Mac and cheese. The sandwich I picked (BBQ chicken crunch) on the pick 2 was tasty and I was surprised how big it was given it was part of a combo. My wife got the potato and salad combo and was very happy as well. The carrot cake was great and more than enough to share. Not the cheapest place but the good quality makes up for it. We will be back soon.

1visit ordered inside to look at menu 1130ish am not busy 1 ordered nachos with the works and sandwich got home no guacamole no chives no barley black olives no cheese except some nasty salty dip so i paid 12 bucks for chips I had at home and used my own cheese. Manager on charge was not the friendliest. She put a couple in mail waited almost 1 week I could have walked there faster and told her don’t bother mailing. 2 visit last night 1 sandwich ham and chees 1 sandwich ham and bacon 1 ceaser salad extra dressing. Placed order on website said add coupons or discount codes could not use. Picked up order at window I asked can I use my free meal coupon I was told I had to order inside to use. I said ok not nicely. Expect 2 bags. Got home 5 minutes away my ride had to leave and said why would they put hot thing a same bag as cold. Open my salad another waste of 12 dollars threw out 2 thirds if lettuce probably pre cut not washed. Sat down to enjoy my warm salad what was left of it. Side of steamed broccoli was not properly done it was mushy. Other sandwich wirh ham was horrible my mom was very disappointed side of mac and cheese she had again disappointed. So I gave my free meal coupon to person who gave me ride. Wosre service and food in town. 2 thumbs down from us
