Nice initial visit. Was warm inside on a rainy day. Only part of my Angus Club had horseradish sauce. Black cherry flavor in tea had a dull taste, but Arnold Palmer was good and food tasted very good.

Seriously? 1pm. Tuesday. Two staff members standing around and NOT one place to sit. The order counter caked in soda and the bottom of my cup sticky. Yay. Takes less than a minute to to wipe up between orders. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned in hours.
Then there’s the issue of the dining area. You’re charging 16 bucks for a BLT combo (with a tip). And then expect me to eat at a dining area that I have to hunt for a clean corner of the least messy table. There’s exactly 3 parties of customers in the restaurant ATM.
I blame management for this lack of service. It’s not a huge request for anyone to go above and beyond to dine in a semi clean environment. Is it? Just basic service. That’s all I expect.
Hey manager, how about you clean it yourself? There’s an idea. I’m not asking you to scrub the floors. Bus a table or two. Wipe. Done. Even the tables that had no dirty plates were covered in food. Some customers In Bedford don’t care about this; but some of us do.

I’ve had very good luck with this place in the past but today I ordered a Memphian with No ham, add onions and it came with all meat, cheese and onions, hardly any sauce, no lettuce and tomato even though I didn’t ask for it to be removed. The meat was dry with the roast beef somewhat undercooked

I always order online. My order is always ready at the time I need it to be and is fresh and tastes great. I ordered the Chipotle spud earlier this week and it was HUGE. Very filling and amazing flavor.

Kids pizza was frozen the chili was out of a can and overall just not worth going they no longer do fresh bread either as i was informed and their spud was nasty the ham on it was slimy and smelled like it sat out too long. Not worth the price for food. Will not be going back. Save your money eat else where

Placed an online order staff did not put it out on shelf after waiting for 20 mins and decided to go up and check on order the staff was very rude said it’s not ready I said is it not the food sitting right there the lady then said I have to run this out first knowing my food was sitting there and then asked a coworker to come up to bag someone else’s food I said is it not the already bagged food? It was and then had to wait for missing item, and back staff was also very rude about serving said item. And then two other online orders got called. So staff was very negligent about their jobs and very rude. Cookie was very soggy. The rude ladies made sure to keep cleaning though.
