Great food, top notch service. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and a veggie sandwich with Mac n cheese side to go. Super clean inside everyone was friendly and happy to meet a new customer. Recommended!

We at at Mcallisters tonight. As we were going to the my husband, who had just had back surgery, fell because his cane slipped. I did not see him fall as I was getting something out of the car. When I looked up I saw 4 wonderful women coming out of the store to his rescue! They got him in the store and doctored his wounds and one was even a nurse! That God all of them stepped in to care for him. The night manager even came with antiseptics and bandages! Thank you Mcallisters for the great food and all involved for such good care!

Back in October I decided to treat myself for my birthday and used DoorDash. The order took 45 minutes to get to my door AFTER it was picked up. By the time I got my food, it was cold. I got Macncheese and a potato. It was horrible. The tea was not good. I just thought it was a mix of a bad day and a 45 minute delivery. But today I ordered for my child and myself. I got her a pizza. I got myself Macncheese and a potato again. I picked it up myself this time. My daughter took one bite of her pizza and pitched it. It looked like it was microwaved. My potato was room temp. My Macncheese was terrible. The tea said sweet but when I got home, it was not sweet. I don’t know what happened to this place but the food has been terrible.

This was mine and my son’s first time here. It was clean and the food was great. The manager came to our table and was attentive and seen greeting customers. My son’s meal was just a bit warm and not hot but that could have been his sensory issues but the manager got him a whole new fresh plate and took the other away. I got one of their Spuds and it was huge but so delicious-a meal by itself. I paired it with soup. It was very good fresh and filling. The Tea was great. We Will definitely be back.

I got the Southwest Chicken & Advocado salad today as a carryout and was very disappointed. The lettuce had started to wilt and the avocado had brown spots. I will not get another take out salad from here again.

Ordered from Grubhub. Not the drivers fault.The ticket was correct, but none of the contents were correct. When I called to dispute it, the girl couldn’t use thr phone correctly, and they didn’t seem to understand this was a grubhub order. The courier went back and retrieved the order. They found the problem at McCalisters but suggested I come in to get the order.
