My husband picked me up a salad last night for dinner and i thought id eat it for lunch today. I started eating it and there’s a black hair in my salad. For reference please view the photo and also note that I am a blonde so this couldn’t possibly be my own hair.

Place was super busy but everyone kept a cool and collected head. The managers took a great time to care for each guest along with the front of house taking time to make sure orders were correct and those that were not were fixed in a timely manner. Food was hot and fresh and I will definitely return. 10/10

I eat or get tea at Mccallisters in FW and Auburn quite a bit. The tea is amazing. EXCEPT the Auburn location has consistently watered down tea. Definately not the same as other locations. Sunday was quite bad. Will stay away from that location in the future.

McAlister’s Deli gets five stars! The McAlister’s Club Wrap and vegetable chili were absolutely delicious, and the extra pickles were a nice touch. The food came out quickly, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making the experience even better. Highly recommend for a satisfying and fast meal!

I’m in Auburn for a few days. I ordered half a sandwich and salad for dinner. I came back to my hotel opened my bag. I was given no utensils or napkins. So I couldn’t eat my salad. My sandwich was very good.

When I come here it’s always a great experience. I showed up on a busy night and you could see the staff doing what they could to get customers served, despite having “Karen” at the window yelling and cursing at the manager, who from my perspective, ten feet away, handled that as well as she could have. Charles and the rest of the team remained calm. I believe they know what they are doing. They were busy and they still showed up and served. No one should be treated that way, especially people in the service industry. I will continue to come back because I enjoy the food, the service and the light heartedness of the staff when I see them enjoying their job.

Unfortunately my order was not correct as the preparer of the order added ingredients that I specifically excluded from my order. Unable to eat it. Just hoping whoever makes the sandwiches in the future pays attention to the details of the food order request. Some customers are allergic to items and the sandwich is then not edible. Due to time constraints I was unable to return the sandwich for a correct order. Frustrating.

Ordered carry out and it was absolutely horrible!!! The worst meal I’ve had in a while! Sandwich was a chicken salad and it was completely smashed and mostly lettuce that tasted awful! The cucumber tomato salad maybe filled the cup half way and had no dressing at all and only one and a half slices of cucumber and maybe 5 small cubes of tomatoes, mostly onions. Got 4 1/2 small stale tortilla chips for the very slimy chicken tortilla soup. Honestly would not take this meal if it was given to me!
