I love the sandwichs and wraps here! Also the “fresh fruit” side is delicious!!! Good portion of fresh ingredients in the sandwiches and wraps. Typical deli prices. Clean and neat establishment with friendly staff. Food was out and at our table quick, on a real plate.

Can’t believe they didn’t have Tomato bisque! That’s one of their best soups, and they don’t have it anymore! Very disappointing.
Hopefully, the chicken tortilla soup is ok.
Update: I won’t be ordering the tortilla soup again. Who puts peas in chicken tortilla soup? Obviously, whoever designed that recipe never had real chicken tortilla soup.
I understand that the menu changes from time to time, but there are some soups on the menu that haven’t changed for as long as I can remember. Up until this trip to McAlister, they have always had the tomato add far as I know. That should be one that never goes away.

Recently got them delivered and was very impressed. The sandwiches were great, the King was huge! Had the French onion soup which was very flavorful and the potato soup which was solid. The bread bowls come precut (however not all the way so be careful or the bowl rips completely) the nachos were great, they put all the toppings im separate bowls rather than all-together so that the chips dont get soggy! Overall great place!

I have done the online survey. Giving a review as well. Service was terrible when no one was in line to order and you were still waiting close to 10 minutes while the manager walked past you several times not even acknowledging your existence. I understand it gets busy and maybe lots of to-go orders but it doesn’t take much to say welcome to McAlister’s we will be right with you.. I am also a wheat allergy and let the cashier know and said no croutons. My salad had croutons on it. I’m sure we will be back but it took a year for us to try again after the last time we had poor quality of food. Luckily my wheat allergy is not life of death and I picked it off.
