I always order the nacho basket and a cup of chili. This was my first time at this location and I got home with my order they put the cheese in a smaller container and only filled it half way. I order from other locations and receive the chili and cheese in the same size container. For $9 I would think they could at least use the right container and fill it full…

We ordered the king club, a bowl of potato soup, and a sweet tea. The sandwich is so large that my husband and I have to split it. There are so many layers of meat. It’s a very tasty option. The potato soup has a good flavor, but it was a bit thin/watery in my opinion. Their sweet tea always tastes great! The restaurant was clean & staff was super friendly.

Love the spuds! Soup is always fresh and hot. They could probably offer more in the desserts. But nice portions for the meals, all you can pickles are a nice touch as well. Moderate prices good atmosphere..and don’t forget the lemonade!!

Beautiful restaurant, friendly service, tasty food. I had the chicken Caesar wrap with an iced tea. The flavor was great. The service was efficient. I really like the self service tea station. It was not too crowded for a Friday evening meal.

We typically don’t visit this McAlisters location as it’s always a gamble as to whether or not your food will be acceptable. We made the mistake ordering online and to receive this absolute joke of a potato. For the prices they charge this is unacceptable and will never visit this location again, even though it’s the closest location to us. The pictures show what we got versus a spud from our typical location choice.

We eat at this location alot but very disappointed .I ordered to strawberry fields salads to go. We got home and noticed no strawberries. I called them she said sorry we didn’t have any.. $48.00 later. You need to tell people before they order.

My mom and I stopped in for lunch. I got a grilled chicken salad and a cup of chili. Omgoodness! The chili is so good, I could eat some everyday. My mom got half a ham and cheese sandwich and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. This is one of my new favorite places to eat.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a macalisters. I have been here for almost an hour and the floors and tables have stayed untouched and absolutely filthy! The manager has been writing on the window for the whole hour not paying attention to the team at all. Only about 2 employees are actually working.
My plate and my friends plates were covered in old food. The place where you get drinks was horrifying! There was drinks splashed everywhere and the employees were just talking instead of taking care of anything.

Usually a big fan of McAlister’s but the quality has really slipped over the last few years.
We just ordered via UberEATS and what we got was most certainly not worth price.
Our sandwiches were good 8/10.
But the potato “soup”?! Absolutely disgusting. It can only be described as overcooked potatoes in cup of cloudy water. We also ordered a pickle with each club and only got one. The pickle we did get was a laughable excuse for one. Lastly, the mac and cheese we received was bland and mushy.
