Changed my 5 stars to 1 for them being extremely rude to me.
Stood for 8 minutes before they stopped their conversation and then wait 3 more minutes to catch someone to ask for help. All I wanted was a lemonade. The first guy, dark hair, was REALLY RUDE he was the shift lead annoyed he’d possibly have to help someone instead of count cash. Says ‘Ugh. I’ll get someone’ he goes and whispers something to the blonde male kid who rung me up and he was even more rude! He said ‘What do you want’ I said a lemonade please. He exhaled really loud as if I just ruined his entire evening. Grabs my drink and slams it back on the counter. THEN GOES BACK OVER TO HIS BUDDIES TALKING RUDE ABOUT ME WHEN ALL I ASKED WAS FOR A LEMONADE PLEASE
The Sunday crew here is notorious for not being on their game but tonight was plain disrespectful and this evening crew needs retrained, that guy should not be a shift lead and he should have not let his co-worker treat a paying customer this way. I come here multiple times a week and have never been treated so bad. I will be also sending an email to corporate over this issue this evening

This location has seriously went downhill. We used to love to come here. Tonight we gave it a try again. The pictures are of what is supposed to be a nacho basket app and a kids Mac and cheese. The nacho basket app used to be our kids favorite, now you barely get any cheese and it is chunky. The Mac and cheese looks disgusting and our child would barely touch it.
The employees were all very young and mostly stood around talking. No one came around to check on us like the old McAllisters way. We will definitely think twice before coming here again.

I have always liked The food, today well not so good. First time ordering Mac and cheese which is cold. I tried ordering steam broccoli and cheese which I’ve gotten before at several locations. The Italian sandwich well let’s say looks can be deceiving. The order taker was a bit long winded, I guess that would be okay but when you inform them you are on lunch break and need to hurry doesn’t mean continue for several minutes talking about why they can’t put cheese on broccoli.

Usually have no problems with this McAllisters but this time the sandwich was awful. Burnt turkey (I got the smoky pepper jack sandwich with Mac and cheese). The max and cheese was curdled. My daughter and I both ordered the same thing. She barely touched hers while I had to pick mine apart. $20+ down the drain.
