I went after work on a super busy Friday night. I was tired, exhausted and hungry. IYKYK. They were sweet, kind and patient with me as I had a horrible migraine and all I wanted was a half sandwich and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. The cashier was even sweet enough to let me know of a deal to save me money with the best combo and checked on me while ly food was being made. It was fresh and fantastic. It has been a few weeks since I’ve been originally and I’ve already been back several times. It’s truly that good and service is always top notch!

SOMEONE THAT IS ACTUALLY OVER THE DAMN AGE OF 20 NEEDS TO BE AT THIS DAMN LOCATION AT ALL TIMES. ITS A HIGH SCHOOL RECESS FUN TIME AT THIS LOCATION. I like mcalisters but I don’t know if it’s corporate. The issue is the chicken tortilla soup is lacking chicken. I just about need a magnify glass to see it. I complained and they said it was always made with chicken. I asked if the recipe has changed. They said no it hasn’t changed and that maybe they didn’t stir it up to get some chicken. The manager offered nothing to us and that’s why I’m leaving a one star review so everyone will see what to expect. I wouldn’t even leave a one star but you have to leave at least a one star. What a a sorry soup for 7.49.

We have offically decided to stop ordering from mcalisters and going in. Not only do we constantly have items missing everytime we order (from a cup of soup to a whole drink and sandwich.) we also didn’t find our in person experience great either because of the atmosphere. The short red headed old manager Aimee was yelling and raising her voice to the point we could hear her from the back of the restaurant. She was very rude and nasty when i tried to order a BLT that had been discontinued. We were so excited to finally have a Mcalisters near us when it first went up!! But everything has just fell off since the start.

I just wanted to share the most precious thing. My mom, who is in her 70s, orders from here at least once a week and her order is always the same..a spud max and a chocolate chip cookie. She ordered that again yesterday minus the cookie and they left her a note with her potato saying “you forgot something” and put a cookie in there for her. You guys made her day and it is so sweet! ❤️

Regina, their catering manager, has provided excellent service – going above & beyond again and again! This location is very clean and well ran. McAlister Cookies are the best- I love gifting their mini cookie platter for open houses! Thank you again, Regina!

I have been here several times now. If there is a line to order, it should move fast. This time I ordered the French Dip for the first time. It was warm and tasty. The au jus didn’t add a ton of flavor but helped soften the bread. I would order it again. I also recommend the Italian and Ultimate Nachos. Make sure you download the app to earn rewards.

Have always love McAllister’s.
Never had any complaints. Until now. My husband and I were so looking forward to the usually fantastic potato salad. We both took one bite. It was no where near cold. It was definitely room temperature. We didn’t eat anymore of it. I took the cups of potato salad to the counter and told the young lady it was not edible, to throw it away, and that someone needed to check the place they keep it. She never apologized, or offered another side, nor did she tell anyone at the moment. I watched her. Also we were there around noon. The drink area was a hot mess. Too early in the day for that.

Jesse was the manager on duty. I ordered with my daughter with a self-proclaimed new casher. I ordered a 12 inch italian but when the food was brought it was 6 inch so she heard incorrectly. I advised this when it was brought out and upon further review of the receipt was charged an additional kids toasty. The food was taken back and the manager brought the refunded received, along with the previously served 6 inch sub, that was now cold. Ive had much better service at this location and expected them to make it right.
Update: I love this company as much as I love the food. They sent me a hand written note and coupons, and I will continue to visit their locations for the rest of my life!

Ordered for pick up at window and was missing chips. There were out so they didn’t give me anything manager got me chips but by time I got home the chips on my jalapeños turkey crunch was so soggy and my sons grilled cheese could break your teeth it was hard as a rock. Disappointed
