My wife just went here and didn’t order a side thinking it was extra, but they charged for the side so she asked if it’s included can I have a side , a normal business would say sure, no problem here it is and on your next visit remember it comes with it……not here….the manager is called up front to argue with a customer about a side to an already overpriced meal. The professionalism is gone along with being courteous to customers. We will buy sushi from a gas station before we ever go back here

We had a very disappointing experience at McAlister’s. The food quality was poor and not worth the price Luke warm food and a bowl of chili that looks like they blended up in a blender). Because of this, we won’t be coming back.

I personally never chose McAlisters Deli, idk why, just wasn’t a place that’d cross my mind when considering lunch/dinner. A coworker of mine and I went out for lunch. She chose. Im not picky so I was good with it. We went in, I was 1st impressed by all the varieties to choose from on the menu, with detailed descriptions and calorie count. I decided to get the”choose 2″. 1/2 a Reuben
450 cal, Corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss and Thousand Island dressing on marbled rye…and, cup of, Broccoli and Cheddar
290 cal Cheddar and Monterrey Jack Cheese mixed with chunks of Broccoli in a creamy base made from chicken broth.
Uhm, i have no doubt that McAlisters will definitely cross my mind in the future when contemplating where to go for lunch. SO GOOOOOD!

Came in here for a late lunch on a weekday. There was no line, only a couple of tables were occupied. Ordered and then went off to find a seat. It was sad to see so many tables that hadn’t been cleared, despite how slow it was. My baked potato came out with cheese sauce and chili, as requested, but it was all so small. Two potatoes that combined would have equalled one regular baker potato. Spoonful of each topping, and a sweet tea. $12. Yikes! And during the whole time I was there, still didn’t see a single table get bussed. Maybe they wait until they’re all dirty and then do one big sweep? It did not make for a pleasant eating environment.

Ok…so McAlister’s Deli in Franklin, IN. This is your third strike.
Wrong soup on my husband’s plate.
His bread is soggy.
Plates are dirty.
Wrong side item for my daughter.
Didn’t even ring up my sandwich (we were dining in, how did you not hear me?)
Then when my food arrived, my bread is burnt, there is mystery sauce on my plate (french dips don’t come with sauce on them), and the lid to my potato salad has au jus all over it.
But hey….I got a free cookie. ♀️
I like McAlister’s, but this location needs to do a lot better. I guess I will be making the drive to Greenwood if I want to go at all.

Love any of their corn beef sandwiches. Party of 10 after kids basketball game, all were very happy.

I come here often with my husband, but the food is only prepared the way I like it SOMETIMES. I like my bread extra toasted, and there’s about a 50/50 chance it comes out right.

It’s hot or miss but this time I ordered a side Caesar salad which is made with romaine lettuce. I got a box of nothing but spinach and a few croutons with a little bit of cheese. Definitely not work the $4 I just spent on it ♀️ Pretty disappointing. They could’ve atleast told me they were out of the lettuce lol

First… I ordered at 12:25. They gave me a curbside pickup of 15-20 minutes. They had my rewards number and I spelled out my last name for the curbside pick up. So they had my name. My husband arrived and parked. Called in and let them know he was there for the take out. He sat there for 15 minutes or longer ad NO ONE came out with the food. Nor did they call him back, as I am sure they must have a call log history on their pho as is common with most phones today. If they didn’t have a call log to call back with, they could have walked out as he gave a car description for the take out to be brought to. NO ONE came out to let him know they did not have an order for him. He sat there for 15 minutes or more and finally walked in to see what the hold up was. They had the last name wrong. So, not only did he get poor customer service, our food was cold…and…I found a hair in my food. Plus, several times I have ordered and for some unknown reason, despite the fact that I have asked for my pickle to be included, it has NOT be included. Wow…. this place has gone downhill since their grand opening less than a year ago. I doubt I will be going back after this. After a few other issues with this location, I finally felt I needed to share the issues.
