Ordered the French Dip & Potato Salad for one meal and Turkey Club & Tortilla Soup. The French Dip lacked in flavor as did the Tortilla Soup. I have ordered the Jalapeño Turkey sandwich in past and that was really good and would order that next time.

This is usually a fairly pleasant location, but tonight several sections of lights were off inside and it appeared as if they were closed when we arrived at 7:30pm. When we asked about the lights, they said they were slow today (no wonder ha!) and they never turned those lights on while we were there. There was no ice available at the beverage station, the tea was low, and the lids were not stocked. The workers were kind and offered additional desserts when one of our meals was wrong. That was nice and we appreciated it. As we left the lights on the exterior were completely dark. It was an unusual McAlisters Saturday night experience. ♀️

Busy Busy place. Brewed ice tea with Blackberry. It was yummy and unique. Long lines but McAlister’s system moves along quicly, very efficient.

Absolutely awful service. My husband ordered a kids spud with cheese and bacon bits, macaroni cheese and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup to take out. They omitted the cheese and bacon bits, and the macaroni cheese was missing. The manager said she would issue only a partial refund for the cheese & bacon bits and was unapologetic and rude. She called me rude for expressing my annoyance and expected me to go back to pick up the right order. Very poor customer service for their mistake. They have completely gone downhill from what it was several years back. How hard is it to get a simple order right and they were not even busy, which is not surprising.
I would give minus 5 stars if I could. I expected at least a full refund for the spud and for the trouble and time spent going back and forth in the first place. Terrible!
