Nice family vibe and atmosphere with pleasant music and friendly staff. First time stepping in one of them. Looks like a Panera Bread, quality is far better and tasty. Sandwich is big and can fill you with the side. Would stop by again to try another menu item.

Simple sub, salad and soup spot. We were greeted right away and service was great.
All four of us enjoyed our choices. I had a peppered turkey with spicy cheese and honey mustard, added lettuce, served warm on a ciabatta bun and it was very tasty!
They also have a build your own baked potato option too!
Quick in and out was perfect since we were traveling home from a soccer tournament. If your in the area it’s a solid choice for a deli option.

Attempted to place a carryout order but the cashier proceeded to chit chat with the couple in front of me..
Does it really take 10 min to place and order and sample the sweet tea? There should be more registers open for others waiting, some folks have limited time on lunch breaks etc.

let me start by saying I love mcallisters but have never ordered from this location before. ordered takeout. got all the way home before I noticed they forgot my soup. drove all the way back. server was unapologetic and actually even appeared to be questioning me. yes I drove 15 mins home and 15 mins back to scam you out of a $3 cup of soup. they give me a soup, I leave again. who knew I had to VERIFY it was the correct soup that I specifically asked for multiple times. got ALL the way home again with the wrong soup so no soup for me I guess that’s my fault for trusting someone to do their job. and to add insult to injury the chicken caesar wrap, which is usually my favorite, was dry and bland. hopefully this is a one off experience but wow what a trip.

I paid $17.77 for Country Potato Soup that was bland and had under cooked potatoes in it and a half BLT-A sandwich where the bacon was burnt, and avocado was grey. The pickle was sickly looking and broken off in the middle rather than sliced. The only redeeming part of the meal was the strawberry lemonade that was overpriced at $4.89. Staff was somewhat friendly but can’t make up for the horrible food. Never coming back.

My husband Don and I stopped in for a quick bite and, as always, McAlister’s didn’t disappoint. Don went for his favorite, the Spud Ole’—perfectly baked and loaded just right. I ordered my usual Pick Two Combo with the Sweetberry Pecan Salad and BLTA. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying!
But the real star of the show? The McAlister’s Famous Iced Tea. It gives us just the right boost of energy we need to power through the rest of the day! ⚡

Theybrought out the wrong order. The food was cold. Not much pulled pork which was on the potatoe. Chili was even good.
I hope not all the McAllister are like this.

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the manager Zach at McAlister’s Deli in Kenwood! My daughter wasn’t feeling good today & stayed home from school. She really wanted her favorite cheddar broccoli soup to make her feel better. I ordered it on the app & went out to my car to go get it. Car won’t start. So I called McAlister’s to let them know since I already paid for it, if they’d just hold it for me until my wife got off work, I’d come get it & just have it as leftovers. Zach answered the phone & said, “I gotta go to the bank anyway, so how about I just drop it off at your house.” Talk about above & beyond customer service! He even gave me a VIP card for a free meal when he dropped my food off.
