I ordered the new buffalo chicken nachos. I got cold chicken, broken chips, and an ungodly amount of blue cheese. The entire plate was cold. The buffalo sauce was Italian dressing. Horrid experience. Would not recommend.

While this place is a bit on the pricey side, I can tell you that it is in fact worth it. I have gone here twice as of recently and can say I have highly enjoyed my meal both times. You probably can’t go wrong with whatever choice you make. The soup, potatoes, and the sandwiches are top tier.

The service was speedy and treated people like people. I appreciated their friendliness. The salad was very tasty. The soup of the day had a great flavor, was hot, but you could tell it had been left on the heat too long. The bathroom was definitely in need of a deep cleaning from a cleaning service.

I ordered the Reuben on gluten free bread. It’s hard to beat a warm and tasty Reuben. The gluten free bread is very good. It’s just white bread but you just can’t have a Reuben without bread so I try to fine delis with gluten free bread options like McAlisters has. I’m very happy with my deli sandwich for lunch today! I’ll be back for sure.

We were told we couldn’t dine in because they were closing in 30 minutes. They were “out” of many of the ingredients for the sandwiches we ordered. No one was in any hurry to do anything but go home.

It doesnt matter what McAlister’s location does our catering order, something is always missing. Oakley never brings the drinks, ice or salad dressing, and Kenwood forgets part of the food. My company has went back to using Jason’s Deli since McAlister’s charges us over $200 to cater a lunch but forgets half the stuff we paid for.
