First time visiting McAlister’s Deli. Loved the place. The food was very good. Awesome reward points system. Loved the new Mardi Gras cookie. We went today and tried the Southwest Chicken and Avocado Salad, along with the Peach. Their Cheesecake and Carrot Cake are so delish. The Brookie also rocks! Loving the Toffee Cheesecake.

I’ve been here many times before but never posted a review. Typically I’ll order the pick 2 with half the Italian sub and half the McAllisters Club. Today I decided to order the French Dip Sandwich via Uber Eats and it did not disappoint.
Everything was packaged nicely and the food was good. Nothing missing. I got silverware and napkins, which I appreciate!
I’ve never had a French dip sandwich! I dipped it in the sauce and it was a little salty which I don’t know if that’s normal but it was still really good!
The Club is always a winner! I highly recommend it. The potato salad is !
I’ve dined in a couple of times and just know you are shopped to just leave your dishes and the employees clean up. It feels wrong for some reason and I always end up walking my dishes up.
It’s very clean and the employees are always very kind.
Definitely check this place out!

I went there two times. The first time was really pleasant. The food was pretty good. The second time I went there I ordered the same thing that I got the first time. The second time it was horrible. The plate was filthy, it had dried food on it and yet when I picked up the sandwich it was sopping wet. There was a puddle of water under the paper. My cup of soup was not even half full. I was very disappointed. I don’t think I will be going back.

Pleasantly surprised. The hubby and I have been saying that we needed to try this place since they’ve opened- unfortunately we kept putting it off until today Our brunch date was enhanced with exceptional service from the young lady on front counter and outstanding food. We will most definitely be back again.

This is our second time at McAlister’s and both times have been at this location and it is great. They have some really tasty sandwiches and their macaroni and cheese is yummy too! Their iced tea reminds me of my mom’s sun tea from when I was young, and is refreshing and delicious. They are decently priced and have great choices for the kiddos. Our order was correct both times, and customer service was quick and friendly.

Nachos? Cold. A pile of chips with sandwich toppings. Honestly shouldnt have expected more.

Sandwich? Good.
20 dollars good? No. Save 10 bucks and got to Jimmy John’s.
Caesar salad side? Its Sandwich lettuce and Kens brand Caesar salad dressing. Not bad, but not worth the cost.
Moral of the story: Mediocre. Overpriced. Make it at home, or go to JJs or Subway.

After a busy day welcoming a new grandbaby, we picked up dinner. Soups, couple sandwiches, and 3 baked potatoes. One potato was perfect – the other two had obviously been reheated & were very noticeably burned black on the bottom. They were very tough & tasted burnt – totally inedible. There is no way that the person placing those potatoes in their takeout container could have missed that they were shriveled & burnt. Very very disappointing. If you are getting takeout, you might want to check your order before leaving the store.

Attention to detail would make this place more enjoyable. This is the 3rd time that I can remember ordering a sandwich with “no pickle” only to have a pickle wrapped up with the sandwich. Also, ordered a kids meal and didn’t receive the cookie- also not the first time that has happened. The receipts said, “no pickle” and cookie with the kids meal so whoever is making the food is not paying attention, clearly. At this point it’s my fault thinking something there would change.

The only thing better than the food is the service. We usually go weekly and they go out of their to make it a great experience with especially appreciation to Tammy, who knows all our orders and makes the experience better than almost any other food establishment.
