This was my first visit here and I must say I am impressed. I ordered online and picked up through their drive thru window. My order was actually done before the time given & the order was correct. The food was very good and seemed to be very good quality. The girl at the window was nice and greeted us with a smile. I will definitely be visiting again. Good quality food for a good price.

Service here was excellent. They were so kind and brought us our food and the place is so neat clean and organized!! Everyone here is so friendly and when my son dropped his cookie on the ground, they brought us two fresh new cookies without hesitation FREE OF CHARGE!! Their New Yourker Ruben is one of the best corn beef sandwiches I’ve ever had and I’m from Cleveland, we have some of the best corned beef in the country. Sorry no photos of our food, we gobbled it up in 2 minutes

Exceeded my expectations. More than a “lunch box sandwich”. Honestly, the service was great. Very tentative to the guests. I had the grilled chicken club with the chicken tortilla soup, what a combo My husband had the kings club sandwich (I believe that’s the name ) but he was in love. Best Sandwich place in the Parma area. Thank you!!

Listen….I live just about 40 minutes from the location. And I come specifically for this crew. Tom and the crew always make me feel like family when I am there! First and foremost, I LOVE the cucumber salad and it needs to be a staple on the menu again in my FIRM and HONEST opinion! Second, the young lady in the kitchen is an absolute ROCKSTAR everytime I come there! She always makes sure my food is top tier, chefs kiss quality! The cashier in front, (who I later on found out was Emily) made sure that I got what I requested and I am forever grateful to her and the rest of the crew! I ordered 2 sandwiches, the Mac, the potato salad, and other items and it was ALL delicious!!!!!! To add to the hospitality, they added a HANDWRITTEN card in my bag to say happy new year and well wishes! I WISH THE SAME TO YOU GUYS! I’ll be back FOREVER! After all, we are all cousins, now! ❤️☺️

I ordered the New Yorker & the half and half tea with lemon. Food wasn’t the greatest, but I’m not one to leave a bad review since everyone’s taste buds are different.

I just ordered a half sandwich and I it looks like someone took half of that half. Not a lot of anything in the sandwich. A few slices of meat and ver little veg in it. The other 2 sandwiches didn’t have hardly anything on it. Got a little baggie with it that I guess was suppose to have a pickle in it. Chef salad didn’t have a lot on it. The Mac n cheese tasted mushy like it was over cooked and the cheese was grey and nasty. The only thing good was the lemonade. I will never order here again. It’s a shame I can’t get my money back.

This was our first visit to McAlister’s at the new location in Parma. The service was amazing! Ethan was so polite and helpful – took our order, brought us our meal, and even checked on us while eating. And the manager Alexis was great and spent time chatting with us. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Looking forward to our next visit!
