Ordered pick up online, have gotten McAlister’s many times. When I finally arrived home after my long day I opened my box to find it overflowing with lettuce. I’m not too picky so I began to pick the lettuce out and realized the sandwich barely had meat on it. On top of it was falling apart before I had touched it. I took it back and explained it to the lady at the counter and showed her my sandwich her exact response was “ we may have went an overload on the lettuce, but it looks correct” I was then basically told nothing could be done expect for giving me a box with no lettuce in it. I was also for some reason told she couldn’t touch my food, and was given an almost disgusted face when I opened the box, my food was basically untouched was just an odd experience. I spent 20 dollars on a sandwich and soup the very least I expected it to be correct or like I had it in the past. Mistakes do happen, but when you bring it someone’s attention it should be corrected especially when it’s something as simple as re making a sandwich.

The place would have been good. But the service was bot so great. People was friendly just got our order all wrong. The employee made it right. He gave me a refund for the food that was wrong and we still ate some of it. I will say this place was ridiculously over priced. You could tell the staff was having a rough time. Orders the broccoli cheese soup it tasted good. The baked potato was was way priced and did not taste good at all. Can’t figure out how you mess up a baked potato? But definitely would bot order that again if I ever even went back. The club sandwich was ok even though it was the wrong sandwich. My son ordered the French dip he said it was good. I would like to try this place again some day. Just wish it was not so expensive.

I normally eat lunch at this McAlister’s at least once every other week and have for the last 3 years. I’m used to them being efficient, with good quality and we’ll prepared food, friendly faces and a focus of getting people in and out of there during the lunch hour. That’s a great time to visit them, during the week during lunch hour cuz they are on fire. But whatever you do, stay away from them on a Saturday night. The workers are a bunch of lacking motivation Gen Z’ers, they have no sense of urgency, no concern about customer satisfaction and no concern about quality of service, food or atmosphere. This is the most disappointed I’ve ever been in McAlister’s. Not only did they get every aspect of our order wrong including all the modifiers, but also all the side items. I asked for potato salad with my sandwich and it was not packed in the to go bag. My wife ordered the Southwest Salad and asked for no chips and no cheese and instead they gave her chips and cheese and no chicken. The portions of avocado and lettuce were much smaller than normal. Look at the photo below. On top of that, the order sat up on the counter ready to go for almost 3 minutes before somebody decided to take care of it and call our name. I’ve been dealing with my McAlister’s for so many years I know what they’re about so it’s really hard to blame the company for this experience. But they hired this crew and they need to be better trained and make sure they understand that the customer is the priority, not their tasks and their gossip and being on their phones. Would recommend anytime but a Saturday night

Been to a few McAlister’s Deli locations. The staff at this particular location are top notch. They’re friendly and knowledgeable, handled a crashing payment terminal well, and were attentive on how we were 3 different times, offering to clear plates, refill drinks, etc — things that are above and beyond for a fast-casual restaurant. Sandwiches are solid. I like the New Yorker. Skip the loaded nachos. Overall, 5 stars for a quick lunch or fun dinner with friends and family.

Sorry McAlisters, you have changed the taste of the sandwiches and the bread is old tasting. Less meat, taste is dull, and more lettuce on my sandwich tells me you are conducting Budget cuts or price gouging. The potato salad tastes like miracle whip…. Terrible!!!

Stopped into this little gem while on a visit to Kentucky. The portions are huge (check out the size of the baked potato in pic) and ready pretty quickly. The cranberry orange club is spectacular. The place was clean and well maintained and had extremely friendly staff who were eager to make your visit special. Wish I was local…this would be a favorite

Curbside pickup was fast and once we pulled in the manager came out to check our name and greet us. The King Club was a HUGE amount of food and delicious! Potatoe Salad and nachos were also what I expected from McAlister’s. The kids got their pizzas for $3.50 a piece with a side of fruit which is a great price. Will definitely be back.

Food is amazing here personally the smoky pepper jack turkey sandwich is my favorite definitely recommend!
Staff is friendly except a certain person named Josh. Went in this week with my kids and he just had a rude comment about my kids never had this happen to me and never thought it would happen to me sadly it did. Hopefully something gets done with this certain person and his unnecessary comments! Shouldn’t be working outside with customers if he has a negative attitude.
