When you order a Bacon Spud for around $10, you expect a decent amount of bacon on all of it. Not the best. Only bacon on really one half of it. I notified McAlisters and they have put my name on their “mess up” list for that location so that I can tell them next time for a free entree. Really?? I’m going to tell the people that I complained on that I’m there for them to make my food…. Haha No thanks, just add a more bacon please.

During peak lunch hour there was only one cashier. Unbelievable. It took over 10 minutes to just place an order. The manager didn’t seem to care. I can say the food was delicious. I had a choose two. Buffalo chicken salad and a Memphian. I’ll choose a different location next time.

The chef salad was amazing with grilled chicken, cranberries and avocado
. The veg chili soup was okay . Not the best way worse than The OG chili .
We stopped here for a quick lunch and a quick lunch it was .
The service was lightning quick and we had a decent lunch .

The spuds looked pretty amazing but we did not get a chance to experience it . But every other table had it!!

Let me start with I have never had an issue here before but wanted to let others know.
Was given the number card for my dine in order. Sat in a booth 3 tables away from the front counter. Put card in the stand so it was visible. Waited 35 minutes for no food. When I went up to counter to ask if they forgot about me both the manager and front register said they couldn’t find me. I pointed to were I had been sitting barely 15 feet away in the middle of restaurant. My food was sitting on the back counter. Was told it was still good and hadn’t been there long.
First thing that was said to me should have been an apology followed up by asking if I wanted it remade or a refund. I wasn’t offered those options till I made it know I did not want that food. I just left at that point losing $15 and will just not get food there again I guess.

Brand new facility which is very clean and open. Great counter service and good table service. The food is pretty good and came out really quick.

So I absolutely love McAlister’s but I had never visited this location and sadly, I will not be returning. I ordered my soup and bread bowl to go. The service was speedy and the cashiers were friendly. But when I got home, I found that I had been given a bread bowl that had began molding. I thought the smell was unusual, as I began to unwrap it and noticed some spots but I was hoping I wasn’t right. Low and behold, the bread had began molding and I absolutely lost my appetite. I’m sad to write this because McAlister’s is typically a great spot but molded bread does not impress.
