One of the side doors doesn’t close properly when you walk in. It lets the cold air in and I noticed me and some of the other customers couldn’t enjoy our meal as much because there isn’t any heat on the left side of the counter. My boyfriend kept his coat on because it’s cold. There was a group of elderly women at the big table behind the counter, they had their coats to keep warm. Other than that the customer service was great, my food was excellent. Cheddar Broccoli soup OMG

Went in a Sunday after Church. Very busy. But line went quickly and food served with no problems. Chicken cranberry salad was amazing. So noisy you could not here the music but restaurant was full because the food is amazing. P. S. To the family that let their 3 year old daughter push her chair into mine for 30 minutes because she didn’t want to sit. Ummm.. don’t do that.

I ate the McAlister’s club and their fire roasted vegetable soup with lemonade as a drink a couple days ago, 12-28-24. I felt nauseous around 1 am the following morning, then had some serious food poisoning for the rest of the day (still going through it right now). My husband and I shared every food item we had that day except for McAlister’s- and he never got sick, so I suspect the food poisoning came from this restaurant. It’s unfortunate because I have always had good experiences with McAlister’s in the past, and the food I had this time tasted just fine. It must’ve been a case of improper food handling.

Ordered a VEGGIE sandwich and 2 bites in I bite into a toothpick. Open the sandwich up and it’s a toothpick laying inside with a piece of ham on it and some type of stuffing that OBVIOUSLY didn’t with the sandwich. I think I’ll just go throw up now!
