What are you looking at??? EXACTLY..I added chicken salad to my salad and I got not even a bite worth of chicken salad..also paid extra for chilli on my spud.That was little to none.This location can never get it right!!! I have multiple times payed for avocado and they haven’t put it on there I have also gotten a chef salad with no meat…the food is really good but you never know if its gonna be right check your order before you leave!!!

The Cashier has no idea of what she is doing! Had to repeat my order 3 times for her to understand! Then she put my order under Amy . Lol . I am 6.1 guy and told her my name twice. Food quality, I give it 1out of 10. Also I had to wait for 25m. To get 2 cold club sandwiches. Waste of money. Definitely! This Deli us paying to improve their rating. The fun part ! They had around 15 people playing cards on the tables when you walk in.

I’m visiting from New Zealand and this was my first time at McAlister’s Deli.
Our server Shamaya was polite and kind, dining area was clean. Bathrooms were also clean.
Food was good, the menu didn’t state that my jacket potato came with olives but it was covered in them. Luckily my partner loves olives Portion sizes were huge, good value for money.

This new location is very clean and it was nice to be able to dispense my own drink or get a refill whenever I wanted to. There was virtually no line and I think that was due to having multiple cashiers, which rocked. My cashier did log my food correctly on my order, but I asked for a cup for water and was charged $2.99 for a sweet tea. I didn’t notice until she handed me the big cup used for fountain drinks after I paid and at that point I didn’t want to hold up the line so I just accepted that I would have a fountain drink haha. The food came out really quickly for the lunch rush, which was good, but if you ask for any modifications to your meal, don’t expect them to do it even if it’s on your receipt. I asked for no tomato and to substitute the spicy mustard for regular and they just basically made the sandwich totally to standard with no obvious change other than the spicy mustard being on the side instead (which was good since I didn’t want the spicy mustard anyway). Although… I’m not sure if the mustard comes on the sandwich or the side anyway since I’ve never had that one! My coworkers had similar order inaccuracies and we all realized it was just because we modified something on the standard build of whatever was inaccurate. I think if we all ordered to standard, everyone would’ve gotten what they wanted? Otherwise, the Italian sandwich was very tasty and had a good portion of ingredients on it. The potato soup is not very good, or at least it wasn’t the day I went. It was runny and sorta bland when you didn’t get bites of bacon in a spoonful. Overall, I would go back since it was a quick and good lunch, but I wouldn’t take anyone here that needs their order to be modified because I’m not quite sure it would happen. Hopefully they improve on this for the future.

Everything’s on fire as the register forgets recipes and they fight hard to recover. The wait may be long but Brian stands tall among the chaos with a smile. Yes it might be a mild inconvenience, but in this day and age it’s a good reminder that things happen and as long as we give patience to each other in these trying times then we will all be okay. Let’s all be so confident like Brian is, perhaps your sandwich will come a few minutes late but you’ll know it was made by some remarkable humans. Good luck and God speed McAlisters, and have a blessed Merry Christmas or whatever you prefer to celebrate.

First time visit for me. Nice clean deli with friendly staff. Menu has a nice selection of sandwiches and soups. I ordered the Italian sandwich with the country potato soup. The sandwich was a melt tasty melt sandwich and the soup was good.
