The McAllister’s club sandwich is delicious but the mac and cheese is now more expensive than it was last time I ate here. My meal cost around $18 for a sandwich and mac & cheese. 10/6/25

My husband and I went here to get a gift card for a family member for Christmas, and after the money had already been taken out of our account, we went and gave the gift card to the recipient for Christmas and, shortly after, they went to go and use this gift card all to be told from the other store that there was a zero dollar balance on this gift card. After several attempts to try and get a hold of the general manager, I keep being told that he is out of office and that there are no other managers that are able to help me figure out why this gift card has a zero dollar balance though we paid for it. This made for an extremely humiliating Christmas for us. I do not recommend getting gift cards from this location and God help whoever has an issue because the general manager is never there, and the assistant managers don’t know how to handle it. Lack of training, I guess.

I really enjoy McAlister’s Deli. McAlister’s menu offers a variety of items from soups, salads, sandwiches, sides and desserts, and I have never sampled one that wasn’t delicious. Recently, I’ve been ordering the Choose Two, which allows customers to select half of a salad or cup of soup and half of a sandwich. What a wonderfully delicious way to satisfy two cravings at once. With my food, I typically order the sweet tea, which I find consistently sweetened and fresh tasting. I also find the staff very friendly and attentive to my dining needs, leaving me to feel like a valued customer. If you’ve not eaten at McAlister’s Deli then when you do I hope your experience will be as inviting and rewarding as have mine.

Update: 2 out of 3 of us are now sick. We both had ham and the same bread.
Manager Matt refunded our food and took my info. I hope no one else gets sick.

I gave this location a 2nd try after I was unhappy the first time.
The first round the food was dry, and the soda was watered down a lot, but I didn’t post… I thought maybe an off day.
The second I ordered a Ham/Turkey Melt Lettuce and Mayo only. It came with slimy tomatoes. She offered to fix it, but I didn’t want to cause a problem so I tried to eat it. I got most of the slime off, and seeds… but the bread was cold and hard like it had been toasted and left sitting out. I thought maybe the Mac n Cheese would save it, but that even tasted off so much my 12 year old wouldn’t even eat it. I’m assuming it’s a frozen bag mac.
For the cost and type of food they serve you’d think it would be a little better. I’m a big woman… I like to be able to clean my plate, but it was not an option. I was in the bathroom sick before I could even get the plates cleared.
Neither time did my order come right, so I don’t think we will go for strike 3 at this location. As a whole the chain does well at other locations, so this is very disappointing since we now live near one. I’m still nauseated and have stomach pain. I just hope my kids don’t get sick too!

Delicious, fresh food. They rang up my order incorrectly and I didn’t notice until I was already at home. I live 20 minutes away so I couldn’t go back to get the correct item. So disappointed because the item I didn’t get is exactly why I chose to visit here for the 1st time. But I will give them another try. Staff was super nice. Clean restaurant.

The guy was busy putting to go orders together and three employees at the register was standing around talking. After a few minutes I went to ask them for help, they replied he will be with you in a few minutes. I told them that my order was ready and on the shelves behind the counter. Finally one of them got my order. Terrible teamwork. Rude employees. Not well managed.
