So my wife and I had a pleasant lunch experience here by myself had the Reuben, and it was exceptional. The meat was succulent. It was spread out through the sandwich very nicely as was the dressing or sauce if you will and the sauerkraut was fresh and crisp the bread was lightly toasted, which was very nice Pickle was crisp crunched didn’t smoosh which was rather nice. All in all it was great. The atmosphere was very pleasant. It wasn’t overly loud. It wasn’t cramped service at the counter was very good for us as well as other folks because the line kept moving at a pleasant right so I would say today was an overall success

I loved my experience at this particular McAllisters Deli. My husband and I ate in. He ordered the buffalo nachos and I had a half chicken club sandwich and half southwestern salad. Everything was delicious and large portion sized. Honestly my husband and I will come back to split the nachos next time because it is a lot of food! The employees were all really friendly. It was rather empty on a Friday at lunch time. I recommend this location!
Edit: I just read some of the reviews from a month ago regarding food poisoning. It’s about 24 hours in for me and I feel completely fine! I’ll edit again if I get sick, but otherwise I think the food is fine and they found the culprit of the illnesses.

While ordering, the cook through the window was trying to upsell me a desert, he was moving at the speed of light, got my food faster and fresher than I ever had! I asked his name as I left! James, and crew, y’all are amazing but James really stood out, he really cares about his job! Great work!

I have come here often, and enjoyed everything that I have tried and I’ve tried quite a bit. I think the McAlister’s sandwich may be my favorite. I would suggest trying anything, you never know. You may enjoy it as much as I do.

Avoid this place like a plague!!!
I don’t say this lightly: this restaurant made me violently sick. I ordered a Club sandwich, mac and cheese, and an Arnold Palmer and not long after I was doubled over in pain. It was not just stomach cramps, but full-blown, stabbing abdominal pain that lasted two miserable hours before I finally threw up.
Either something was rotten, contaminated, or they simply don’t care about their customers’ health. It was definitely food poisoning, and I wouldn’t be surprised if I wasn’t the only one.
This was beyond disappointing and disgusting— it was dangerous. They should be ashamed, and someone needs to hold them accountable. This was not minor discomfort — it was intense, debilitating pain. I have strong reason to believe this was the result of contaminated or improperly handled food. This incident goes far beyond a bad meal — it was a serious health issue that could have required medical attention and was seriously considering going to the hospital. I am reporting this incident to the local health department so they can investigate further. I highly advise others to think twice before eating here, especially if food safety is a priority.

The food was alright. The potato soup was rough the chunks were thick and not fully cooked through. The lobby was dirty but entirely empty, just seemed like there wasn’t much mind tailored to the guest experience. It was alright.

Food is up to expectations. One employee was very helpful and attentive, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. The wait time for the food seemed rather long considering there was only one other table in the restaurant who had already been served. It also seemed that employees had friends or family stoping in or hanging out. I could be completely wrong, just seemed to be my observation.

If this were any other day at this location, I would be putting a five. Normally the customer service is good and the food is great. Today, no one was happy to be there and they were rude. The food was thrown in the bag (the soup was upside down in the bag), the baked potato had no cheese, the kids pizza was not cut and looks old and the kids sandwich has finger prints in it!

The food was OK. I don’t understand how I ordered two of the meals for 1079 in my total come to 3304 and then they wanna shove do I want to tip in my face tip for what you took my order I think they pay you for that and then you want to get a potato and they wanna give you a single teeny tiny butter. I don’t know. I just don’t recommend it. I felt like I paid too much and it wasn’t very accommodating as far as condiments.
