I went to the drive through to pick up a salad. After I got back to work I noticed so many pieces were pink and bad. I went back to McAllisters and told them I wanted a refund. They said they were going to get the manager and they never came out but said I would have a refund In a couple of days and would not give me a refund receipt. They then said if my refund isn’t on my card in few days to come back. This is unacceptable and I have at least 5 pieces of lettuce like this and I barely even got into the salad. Now I don’t have a lunch today because it took me my whole break to handle this.

We went there on free tea day so all of the young people were dressed up in colorful outfits and everything was decorated. I had chicken with a wonderful house sauce and my companions chose sandwiches and a side: the sandwiches are cut into little triangles and the food is super fresh and great.

If you don’t have any fresh avocado, don’t put the nasty rotten stuff on my salad, PLEASE!
I ordered a chef’s salad with no croutons and no tomatoes (I’m allergic to both), and asked to add avocado and extra cucumbers. A co-worker picked up the order for me, so I couldn’t just hand it back, I’m stuck with it for today. They didn’t make the salad fresh and they missed a couple tomatoes they were picking off that I found before I started eating, thankfully. The amount of cucumber seems to be a normal amount instead of extra like I asked. Worst of all, the avocado I paid an extra dollar for was DISGUSTING!
The first photo I’m putting on here shows the avocado after I removed it from the salad.

A MUST if you are to visit Lucedale! The service is above top notch, with food always coming out expedited. The quality is absolute amazing, leaving the customer feeling good about what they just ate and escaping the groggy greasey feeling usually following lunch. I ate three times at this wonderful establishment and each time 1) The food was delicious ! 2) The customer service was outstanding! 3) Food came out quick 4) The Resturant was always super clean.
With food which is VERY reasonably priced , a modern clean atmosphere , food quality beyond compare, and some of the most delicious deli sandwiches I’ve had- it makes it very easy to eat healthy in Lucedale, Mississippi. 5/5!

The cleanest one I’ve been to in a while. Some of the employees didn’t acknowledge us but the manager quickly stepped in. Overall, a good experience. Ordered savanna salad, and cheese, and jalapeño turkey sandwich. All very tasty.

Ordered the 6-inch “the Italian” sandwich, and the meat was barely on the bread. It was very messy and I had a hard time eating it. I had to put it together myself to be able to eat everything at once. The cashier didn’t speak very much, and when she did, she was soft-spoken. She made it awkward to order food. I was uncomfortable talking to her.

I could go on forever about this place and the workers! The restaurant is so clean and calm. The workers really take great care to provide the best service. The food always looks as delicious as the pictures. It tastes so amazing as well. The customer service is always above and beyond. They check on you to see if you would like refills, plates cleared, and ask if everything is up to your satisfaction. They are so cheerful and unlike everywhere else they know their app and are genuinely happy to help you with it. They are great with kids and so patient when little ones are choosing what they want. They really treat you like family. We LOVE coming here and are making it a weekly tradition.
