One of these things is not like the other. This is how it was presented to me. I asked if I could get some more avocado. They produced a small cup with some spoon shavings of avocado. Also had slimy spring mix and brown lettuce in it almost zero chicken, Terrible salad

Sunday supper. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff who checked on us twice while we ate. Huge fresh ingredient salad with very generous amount of well cooked chicken but the chicken was refrigerator cold! It would’ve been THE best if the chicken were hot. It would’ve been about great had the chicken been brought to room temp without it becoming overcooked. The tea was fresh and worth their boast.

We waited more than 20 minutes for our food. I ordered a Choose 2 with Black Angus Club and Nacho Basket. The picture is after I had eaten one part of club. The club was more like a quarter and chips were all broken. My son’s club was the same. My daughters uncrustables were still partially frozen. I believe more training is needed in the food preparation area.

We stopped here on our drive home from vacation. We love McAlisters, but this one had to have the worst food we’ve experienced at one before. This is what was on one side of one of our sandwiches after we ate the very few bites of chicken that was on it… it was just burnt cheese. It was a waste of $40.

My sandwich was only a quarter of a sandwich and my chicken Caesar salad had no chicken on it. I called to tell them and basically got called a liar and hung up on. Will not be back. I want what I pay for not just give my money away and get attitude.

Took grandchildren, my daughter and son in law to eat. Got 3 McAllister Club sandwiches and I ordered a Mephian without lettuce or tomato. Requested light regular yellow mustard instead of the brown mustard. The girl rang me up for a grilled chicken. When I corrected her she got the sandwich wrong. When I received my sandwich it had lettuce and tomato on it so I sent it back to have the lettuce and tomato removed. When I got it back it had brown mustard so I sent it back again. The picture shows what I got back after they remade my sandwich. I added 3 packs of mayo and tried to eat it but all I could taste was mustard.
Spoke with the manager and requested a refund because by then everyone was finished eating.

My food was almost 50.00 I ordered curbside paid online,sit outside for about five minutes no one was coming to bring my food out .So I went in ,I watched him bag it up and put it on the shelf our sandwich was just ok but the potato was dried out so bad and looked thrown together
