Food is good as usually. Service is average. The place is not super clean. The restroom smells bad and not very clean.

I frequently get the savannah salad because it is really good. Even though it cost me 14.00+ dollars it is usually worth it, today when I got home and opened the box up I knew immediately the lettuce was bad, not just one kind but all the different types of lettuce were wilted and brown, nothing was crisp and fresh. This lettuce should have been thrown out and never used in a customer’s salad. Very disappointed.

I always order online with their app. Today I check my order before leaving because I had requested extra dressing. The young women told me that the Cesar dressing was tossed into the salad. WELL GUESS WHAT NO. Standing at the front counter my shoes were sticking to the floor. Management can you please do better at this location?

2200 miles into trip. After local BBQ earlier today, really wanted some greens. EXCELLENT southwest salad with grilled chicken and chili lime dressing. Nice staff too.

This McAllister has issues with customer service, getting the order correct and having the product in stock. It’s not the cleanest. Please clean floors and clean up, tables after customers have left….I try to give people a chance, so I went back a 2nd and 3rd time and I was just highly disappointed with all 3 visits. I cleaned up our table and had to go ask for butter and sour cream for the potatoe ordered. It was cold, and they were out of advocodo for their BLTs. This must be a McAllister issue because the last 2 store’s, I went to were out. Hiring more people who care about their job’s and customer service experience is a must. Bathrooms were in need of stocking and cleaning services……

My wife always gets her tea here and they have a great variety of food and the staff is always friendly and I love the atmosphere and this place is a must-visit so I give all five star

I told the girl we did not want the pickle wedge, guess what, we ended up being given, AND CHARGED for the pickle wedges. Also, the Southwest sandwich I ordered was NOT a Southwest sandwich. Every McAlisters I go to, I ALWAYS get the same thing and this order was way off.
