I don’t understand why there are so many dirty tables with so many employees behind the counter. This has been consistent with all my visits. Most days the service is good. There are some really good workers that are very polite and then you have some that have the “it’s not my job” attitude. Food has been mostly good. There are a few items I steer away from, but I don’t blame the kitchen as they are likely following a corporate recipe. I have had issues with the kitchen being out of the menu items I wanted.

Placed order via app. Card was charged points received, order was under pass order & next day received receipt showing order & card charge. Friday 5/5 app said order would be ready at 8:15 get there they couldn’t locate my order any where. Then they sent my nephew back home to get my phone cause I don’t know how to screen shot. They thought they fixed my order not they fixed it wrong will not go back. Oh store manager did not act concerned at ALL.

2nd time coming here 1st was during the week at around 2 food was fast hot and satisfying. 2nd time was weekend around 5:30 ordered a chicken club with avocado was not hot and missing the bacon and chicken looks like they took it off a salad. Now I know when to come shop

The food was so good and delicious the French dip is by far the best especially with the signature honey mustard the environment was friendly and greeting everyone was so attentive, clean, and nice and the bathrooms where spotless I would definitely make this my go to rest in Greenwood 5 stars for me
