It’s good to eat and just relax. I like it better then any other fast food joint in this town. The food is healthy and fresh. But there are times they have short staff issues which usually is on a Saturday or Monday.

McAlister’s of Greenwood catered an event for 100 today and it was perfection! Everything was packaged, organized, and ready for pickup on time. The sweetest ladies helped me load up everything. We received so many compliments about how good the food was too. Definitely recommend this business for catering!

Poor service! The person up front wasn’t paying attention to who had To-Go orders inside. So my food just sat there in plain view. Missing pickle. Asked for one and watched the food preparer in the back have to be asked TWICE for my “pickle plate.” She fixed it and sat it down. She eventually handed it to the girl up front after being asked again. How SLOW, clueless/unaware of your customers! What should’ve been 10-15 mins in an near empty place at 7 pm on a Wednesday took about 30 mins because slothfulness. Please do better.

My family was in town for a funeral, and we had a very limited time to be together. The food was perfect, but the employees were so kind. They absolutely treated us like family. The management here can be very proud of their staff.

I don’t understand why there are so many dirty tables with so many employees behind the counter. This has been consistent with all my visits. Most days the service is good. There are some really good workers that are very polite and then you have some that have the “it’s not my job” attitude. Food has been mostly good. There are a few items I steer away from, but I don’t blame the kitchen as they are likely following a corporate recipe. I have had issues with the kitchen being out of the menu items I wanted.
