I had a last minute spud party for a girls night in this past Friday and I ordered the hot bar for about 9 guests. I just want to send a huge thank you to the manager Mike! He was absolutely amazing to me and took a great deal of stress of my shoulders that day. Thank you Mike for making it a seamless process and transaction you were so kind I appreciate it! Everything was wonderful and delicious, we had plenty of everything 🙂

I ordered online and arrived just before the recommended pickup time. I still had to wait over 20 minutes for my order. It took the staff 15 minutes to acknowledge the people in line for mobile pickup, which had grown to 5 while I waited. Salad was warm by the time I got it. Very disappointed in the service at this location.

Went there for dinner last night. The person at the counter was not friendly. Ordered the ultimate nachos. Sat down at a table, but was told that we had to move because they couldn’t serve us the food in that area. Got the nachos. The ingredients were not all there according to the menu, and the ingredients were very sparse. They brought it to our table. Asked for a for, the girl said she would bring one & as she walked off, mumbling under her breath, went to wait on another customer. We had to go back to the counter to get forks. After eating a few bites of the food, noticed pubic hairs on the plate!!!! Needless to say, I started getting sick with that and had to leave without eating the rest of the of the food! I have been a patron for over 20 years at this establishment, but pubic hairs in my food!!! I will never go back!!!!!

I honestly don’t know why I let myself give them another try. I thought since it had been over a year since the last several AWFUL experiences, hopefully things had improved. Not even close. I placed an order via Uber eats today right at 11, before they would super slammed for lunch. It was just delivered at 11:45. Perfect timing. I work from home and I usually order something in on Fridays. The delivery person was quick and polite and great. I get inside and open my food. Keep in mind I live maybe 5 minutes away. The sandwich that was supposed to be hot, was cold and doesn’t even appear to have been toasted/cooked as long as it was supposed to be. The rotel dip for the nacho app is just a bowl of old thick over cooked cheese with no rotel, served with super stale tortilla chips. And the chocolate cheesecake was just thrown into a giant takeout box instead of one the small ones, and whoever did it clearly had chocolate all over there fingers since there are chocolate fingerprints all over the box where they closed it. $35 for a meal that only the cup of soup is edible.

I have not have McAlister’s Deli in a while especially at this location. So, I decided to door dash from this location on August 4th, 2024. I ordered the Sweet and Smoky Chicken Sandwich and also macaroni and cheese. The macaroni and cheese was just ok it really wasn’t too special. I had to add some pepper to get some more flavor out. The Sweet and Smoky Chicken Sandwich was really good. There was a unique balance of the sweet and smoky sides to the sandwich.

I ordered delivery from MCalister’s Bartlett due to my family being sick. Upon opening the sealed bad, the nachos had been dumped with what looked like as can of jalepenos(receipt marked no jalepenos), my pick 2 was completely not in the order, no pickles at all(item was marked yes), sandwhich was just thrown together prior to them wrapping and sealing it, no cheese dip that I asked for with the nachos, and my husbands Mac and cheese had a hair in it. I called and asked for a manager and after waiting 11 minutes on the phone I was offered a vip card. I finally got around to telling my husband, and he said no way. Gross and ruined what food we did receive. Ridiculous for a $54 meal.

This location is usually really good. Not for salad. They don’t know how to cut it properly. All the hard pieces all in it. Stems and all. Teach your workers how to properly do this please. And actually put cheese on it. They gave me a literal teaspoon on a huge salad, had to go back in and ask for some.
