I ordered the bbq pork nachos 15 bucks. Hardly no sauce shredded cheese wasn’t melted and after I ate I was in constant stomach pain for most of the day.

It was my first time here and I accidentally parked in the wrong spot instead of the curbside pickup, and instead of making me move or treating it like an inconvenience, he just came right out to me with my food and was super kind about it. I really appreciate people like him who treat customers with patience and kindness. Besides that, the food was amazing! I had the baked potato and a BLT and they were both so good!! Thank you, (I think his name was Chris)! Will definitely be back!

I had an issue with this place on my first visit…they kindly gave me a VIP card to try it again…upon presenting the card I was quickly recognized when I described my first visit…they treated me and my guest well…I had the Mempian sandwich and I must say it exceeded my expectations being a bit of a sandwich snob growing up in an Italian deli , my friend had the chicken salad it was quite nice he mentioned…all in all Mc Alisters made things right and I would definitely recommend their sandwiches….my first visit I had the salad …I would definitely opt for the sandwich choice they have many offerings…

I will definitely be thinking twice next time I’m in the mood for McAlister’s.
This used to be my favorite location – and maybe it’s just an off day, but when the pickle is nearly as big as the tiny piece (definitely not half) of sandwich I get, that goes beyond smaller portion sizes.
And the club tasted like it was made when I ordered (for pickup an hour later). The bread was so stale and hard, I could hardly eat it.
I wouldn’t have eaten it at all, but I only get so long for lunch and don’t have time to go anywhere else.
At least the carrot cake was good – even if the piece is about half the size it used to be .. I’d hardly call that “colossal”. Change the name or actually give us a decent size piece for that name
I know we’re all hurting, but don’t jack up prices so high AND decrease portions that much too!

Delicious! Instead of a corn beef Reuben sandwich they are kind and let me order a turkey Reuben sandwich. I like the vegetable soup as my favorite, but they were not serving it today. So I got the slightly spicy chicken tortilla soup instead. All yummy.

This restaurant has the feel of a table service restaurant even though you order at the counter. The lighting in the restaurant is nice and bright, the huge windows add a lot of natural light. We received our food fast after ordering at the counter. Their food is always fresh and their employees are always very kind and courteous. It’s almost Chick-fil-a quality kindness. Our salads were nice and fresh. I would definitely recommend this place.

Has never been bad before today for dine in, but today my work ordered takeout from there and they left out some things on the order. Luckily I checked and asked for the missing things, but they caught an attitude with me about it and seemed to think I was lying? All the food was also burnt so we ended up throwing a lot of it away. Apparently online orders also add an automatic tip on top of the service fee which obviously wasn’t deserved. We won’t be ordering from there again.

Yay! Great food. Club very tasty. Potato salad was just right. Wife says cheese sauce on her potatoes is very delicious. $3.69 each for fountain drinks seems high but overall a good stop to eat.

4th visit: French Dip with potato salad and $2.99 sweet tea. Ummmm good! Edit again: Ok, so now I know that French dip with potato soup is my favorite meal. Love it each time I go here.
Edit4: had grilled chicken club. Tasty but not filling enough. $11.95 cost too high. My advice? Make sandwich bigger. Use a bun?
