McAllister’s is one of my favorite places for lunch! I love their choose 2 option and the service is always excellent in Alcoa. And I definitely love their tea! From the time you place your order and receive your food, the service is always fast and the food is always excellent!

The food is consistently good in every location I’ve eaten at. This store was clean. Staff was friendly, maybe one person short. It was busy, usually one person taking orders and another taking it to the tables. I think we can get our own meals! The bathroom handicap stall door had a lock that didn’t work, not cool. These are simple fixes that shouldn’t be ignored. Some of the stores I’ve been in have beverages that are self refillable. This one does not. Another reason for longer lines.

This place needs some zoloft and obviously more pork because I ordered the BBQ pork melt and it had 3 small pieces right in the middle of the sandwich. The French dip was good, but service and quality just aren’t there. Not worth 55$.

The food is fresh, and the service is quick. Employees are courteous and make sure you have what you need. The best time to go is after the lunch rush. Tipping is quite appropriate with their great service. I only wish they had more of a selection of vegetarian options, but there are still plenty of menu options to choose from!

We needed a quick bite to eat in between going to different stores. The employees were friendly and delivered food within a reasonable amount of time. Our food tasted fresh and was just enough for a lunch time meal.
What made this rating three stars was the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. It seemed the the floors, walls, cabinets, equipment were all in need of a deep clean since there was a black grime on them. The worst was the bathroom which is shown in the photos. After seeing this condition of the store (unfortunately after eating) I probably would not return to this location.

I would like to recognize Justin and Ms. Leslie they were so amazing and welcoming. Thank you so much for the great atmosphere you provide for my family and I. We will definitely be back when in town. Enjoyed our meal as well. Mango tea was delicious.

Amazing food! The garden salad and shareable nachos were our favorites! We replaced jalapenos with chives. Just delicious!
Update: We’ve been going to this location for years. They never cease to be amazing. 🙂 10/10 would recommend, especially the pick 2 for $9.99. My usual go to.

Spent over an hour waiting for a cup of soup and Mac and cheese. Talked to the manager about why it was taking so long, and she gave me a refund. Told me not to be angry. Wouldn’t recommend stopping here if you are in a rush. Food was good though.

I went here for dinner the other day and it was absolutely freezing inside, even with me wearing a fleece jacket. Also the sound system was messed up so the music was cutting in and out the entire time, which was extremely irritating. Somehow none of the employees thought to turn up the heat or turn off the terribly broken sound system. It was torture so I got out of there as fast as I could. Never going back.
