McAlister’s Deli is located on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Parking in front is tricky with narrow parking spots but there is additional parking on the side which is much easier to get in or out of. There seems to be adequate seating inside with additional space outside on the patio. Atmosphere is family friendly and food is well prepared.
I always order a a foot-long King Club sandwich; it is normally served on a 6” bag-get but I order another 6” bread portion for only $1 to make it foot long.

Unfortunately, this was our first and last visit. Our food came out wrong, sides were missing, and we weren’t the only ones, people behind us had the same problems. Very disappointing.

Food was amazing and service is amazing. I’m only giving a 2 for atmosphere because the music was terrible! It was too loud and who picks out the songs? Service was amazing and Nick was amazing! Kept picking up napkins that were dropped on the floor by neighboring tables. Thank you Nick and your team!

By far the nicest Mcallister’s I’ve been to and the service is phenomenal. They checked in on our group several times and even went out of their way to get things for us. Seriously the best service I’ve ever had at a fast casual restaurant. Also very clean and updated and food was great!

This was my first visit to a McAlister Deli. We went to the Pigeon Forge location and it was well worth !! The staff was so friendly & helpful with the menu when we we’re making our selections. I had the Savannah Salad and my sister had the Memphian sandwich w/said of potato salad. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were very generous. 1) the Savannah had – seasoned grilled chicken, dried cranberries, Gorgonzola, honey roasted almonds, tomato and cucumber on mixed greens w: Sherry Shallot dressing it was so yummy 3) the Memphian had- roasted turkey, Black Forest ham, Black Angus roast beef, provolone, spring mix, tomato, mayo, spicy brown mustard on baguette. Includes a side and pickle spear. This sandwich was so flavorful and satisfying. The side of potato salad was just as good. We also tried the seasonal big lemon blueberry cookies ~ just let me say mouthwatering We also placed a to-go order and it was just as great and delicious when we got home. Thank you Alisa & the other staff for wonderful eating experience!! We WILL definitely go back

1st time here and my experience was great. Walked in @ lunchtime and the place was super clean. The staff was great. I had a new girl, just starting, and she was super great. She took my order and never stumbled. We received our food rather quickly and for fast food, the portions were much more than I was expecting and the food was tasty. I then witnessed the mgr greet every person at every table. Great experience, great customer service, great food… please go visit this place when you’re in Pigeon Forge, TN

Ordered combine 2, 1/2 spicy turkey 1/2 cheese spud, and ranch turkey blt with sweet tea. Everything was very delicious. Asked for the spicy sause on the side but it was put on my sandwich. However, it was good and not too spicy.
