I asked if sandwiches could come in a wrap and was told yes. I ordered a simple pepper jack turkey but as a wrap, not in a ciabatta since I’m driving so a wrap is all I can handle. I guess at this McAlister’s a wrap translates to toasted white bread. I had to wait until I pulled over for gas until I could eat. Sandwich which was good but I came here specifically for a wrap.

McAlister’s is our office go to for ordering lunch. The manager loves the club sandwich on gluten free bread. They’re not skimpy with the meat or veggies on their sandwiches and their soups, stuffed baked potatoes and double fudge brownies are wonderful, too. I stopped by one evening and had the Savannah chopped salad with sherry shallot dressing, and added avocado for $1.75 extra. I was expecting more than just a few small slices, but that aside, the salad was fresh, had the right amount of everything, and was delicious! The prices aren’t bad either and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Went there today for lunch. They were very busy with the lunch crowd. Line to the order counter moved very quickly and flawlessly. Counter crew were very professional and engaging. Got our order in and picked a table. Got our tea (it really lives up to the hype). Drink station was very well maintained even with the busy lunch crowd. Got our food in less than 10 minutes. It was excellent. One thing I would really touch on is we were so impressed with how customer focused all the employees seemed to be. All were courteous, friendly and asked if they could get us anything or help us in anyway. Simply put, the service was excellent, the place was very clean and well maintained, and the food was excellent! Will definitely be going back frequently!

Free Tea Day! Super busy, my child’s cheese pizza arrived at the table room temp. Asked them to reheat and they replaced it fresh! Wonderful Club sandwich and French dip, we will be back.

This is the 2nd time in a row what’s the odds that my wife and I have gone inside and place an order and half way thru my order they say there’s no spuds. If I wanted just a sub I’d went to Subway but I’d like to have had a spud with my club sandwich. How can half your menu just run out. They always have potato salad. And one young girl sweeping walked up and gave her input on what their process is on preparing the spud instead of telling me the process she needs figure out how to improve McAlister’s process on availability vs demand. Whoever does the ordering of foods on the menu needs to be cross trained to housekeeping.

0 stars. Horrible experince. Food wasn’t ready for 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. We ordered crubside pick up but couldn’t even find a place to park because it was so busy. They took forever to begin with and then still took more time. The one order was 1/2 grilled chicken croissant adn it was burnt black. It only had two pieces of chicken on it. Worst meal ever.

Well THAT was an awesome lunch! I have loved this McAlister’s ever since they opened. My wife and me went here when we were dating. Now we take our kid! Salad, soup, sandwiches, “spuds” and maybe the best tea in the whole town! What’s more, it’s a clean place with a fantastic staff. It’s no wonder it’s one of our city’s top rated restaurants!

Third time here and wow is the service excellent! Always greeted with a smile, offered customizations to the order, told about any specials. The food is beyond excellent, but the Italian sub is by far my favorite! Worth every penny
