Absolutely loved my experience here! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was spotless — you can tell they really care about keeping things clean and comfortable for their guests. And the food? Simply amazing! Every dish was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. I had the chef salad and broccoli cheddar soup. I’ll definitely be coming back soon — highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and great service!

I am so mad at myself for sleeping on this place for so long. The food was absolutely phenomenal! I did the pick 2 (sw grilled chicken salad and a jalapeño turkey crunch) and it was 10/10. Some of the best food I have ever had. My daughter had kids pizza, fruit bowl and a cookie. Their fruit bowl is 10/10 with all kinds of great fruit in it. Blueberries, strawberries, pineapples, melon, oranges, and grapes. It was all so so good! I will be back. And lastly, the customer service was also top notch. Very friendly, happy to serve you and take your order, kind and polite, not pushy about leaving tips like most places are nowadays which I appreciate…. I am just so happy with our experience and can’t wait to get my husband and other family members over here!!!

Omg so this place has totally redeemed themselves I went and everything was delicious !!! My salad was awesome they made it just the way I asked and it was fresh no brown leaves or anything and as always the tea was on point. Thank you guys keep up the great work ❤️❤️❤️
First off I love the menu and when I come here for lunch the staff is very courteous,fast and friendly. The food is always great during lunch hours. Pm shift needs a pep talk ,the cashier’s act like they are being bothered , the food comes out hot but not as good as during lunch, I guess……don’t go at dinner time? I dk……..

Whoa was this disappointing. As a longtime McAlister’s fan, their tea is among my favorite beverages ever.
First time at this location, spent $18.00 on a Pick 2 to receive the smallest sandwich I’ve ever seen (half yes, even so, essentially nothing), a (cup?) of translucent and tastes-like-Canola broccoli cheese soup, tea and a bag of chips. The tea had not much tea flavor, just sweet brown-ish water.
It would have been an equal experience had I handed $18 to a random person, received nothing and kept walking.
This is a problem.

This deli is fantastic! The place was super clean and the food was amazing. The staff couldn’t be friendlier. You can tell they take pride in what they do- everything is fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile. Definitely, my new go-to spot for a great meal. Highly recommend!

I ordered the French Dip and was very impressed. The sandwich was flavorful, the bread perfectly, and the au jus rich and delicious. The service was prompt and courteous, and the restaurant was clean and well-managed. Highly recommend McAlister’s for a quality dining experience!

I ordered the choose 2 the French dip was very fatty, baked potato was good and very hot. The dining area side i sat in was cluttered with 4 dirty tables full of plates and 4 other tables not wiped down. I was the only customer there and not one employee cleaned the dining area. In fact several employees walked right past thd dirtiness. The manager sat down for an interview near me in the same dirty dining area. Guest perception is everything!

I travel all the time for work and it’s hard to find fresh and healthy food. The chicken and pecan berry salad was great. Real spinach, strawberries and blueberry’s plus the Turkey and guacamole sandwich hit the spot. Had a brownie too. Gotta treat yourself right when you eat on the road.
