This McAlister’s on Nolensville Pike in Nashville Tennessee is absolutely amazing!! Always beyond friendly and fantastic food!! Today when I went in after my horrible experience with the McAlister’s in Dickson, Tennessee (different owners) with having a cockroach in my food. The manager Denise was just as disgusted to hear about my experience as I was to experience it. She even gave me my meal for free because she knew I drove over an hour just to come to this restaurant because I really wanted my sandwich. The jalapeno turkey crunch the best sandwich ever!! Thank you guys for being amazing as always. I love this restaurant and will continue to drive over an hour to come here!!

A friend ordered a French Dip sandwich on the app and wanted to substitute the cheese. It would not allow any options other than not having cheese so no cheese was on the sandwich. Then when she picked up the sandwich at the drive through that went well but when she got the sandwich home 7 minutes away the roast beef was dried out and tough as shoe leather. There was no cheese and the meat was just dried meat and bread. There was alot of the au jus to dip the sandwich in but it was a horrible sandwich. We did not even eat it all because we were afraid it would not digest at all! I called and they did say they refund the total $14.68 so I will watch for the refund! As of 8-21-25 there is no refund for this so both the food and service are bad.

Got the 6” Memphian — and I’ve heard of people lying about their size, but not a sandwich shop. It wasn’t even 4” long for $12 (with a chip). The guy at the front was great — friendly and helpful — but if you’re selling a six-inch sub, maybe make sure it’s actually six inches. I guess the other guy got the rest of mine.

This place needs new management, even with it being fairly new. Went for lunch after church on a Sunday and despite not being very crowded, the service was painfully slow, the food was cold and mediocre with small portions for the price and they even got the order wrong. The manager was stressed out and snippy, the cashier was taking orders and serving the food to the dining room and acted like he didn’t have a clue how to run the register. We won’t be going back anytime soon unless they can get there act together. The McAlister’s in Cool Springs is better than this location.

The sandwiches are top tier. The bbq pulled pork is next level..most places give that stringy pulled pork that’s dry but they give a chunky meaty juicy pork sandwich that is next level! I’m a Nashville native a real Tennessean and by far they have the real deal pork sandwich. I can’t say pulled bbq pork because it’s meatier and juicer than any place else. Get a whole sandwich and call me in the morning! Next level!

Took our grandson here for his 11th birthday. It was where he picked to go. He ordered a large baked potato, I had the King Club. Both were yummy! Very friendly service, and famously delicious tea. Great place to eat.

Ordered the 12-inch French Dip Sandwich. Got home and no au jus dipping sauce. Ordered a pickle with each of 3 meals, but didn’t get any of them. Bad mojo! I did get someone’s baked potato I didn’t order. The food I did order & received was great. Need to improve quality assurance of orders. Beware if you have a to-go order.

Over a decade long time fan of McAlister’s. Glad to have one in this location. The food is really good, reliably good. Better than any cafe. Great menu full of options everyone in the family can find something enjoyable to eat – sandwiches, salads, spuds, you pick 2, etc. The service is always nice people working at McAlister’s, want you to enjoy your meal. Clean, comfortable ambiance. I always remember them for their notable tea, as not too sweet for the better; not turned off by feeling like drinking pure sugar.
