I know we got here around 730p when they close at 9p. So I get that maybe they are just over today. The food was not good at all and I usually have good experiences. The service was nice they are very friendly. It was a quiet night so atmosphere was still inviting. I had to move the cheese and veggies from my veggie spid because it tasted old. It looked cured like it’s been sitting out. Just kind of overall not impressed tonight. My husband got a soup and it tasted sour. So maybe in the future we will stick to our early dates and no more evening dates.

Second try, different location! Perfection. Great service. Good food. Empathetic people – she didn’t care if I had 4 sandwiches specialized. Said hit 0 for tip, and don’t feel bad (so of course I tipped). Super friendly and helpful.

Terrible. May not return here. First time here and they messed up my order. I asked for a 5oz rotel on the side of my ultimate nacho. I also asked for them to put the cup of rotel in the microwave before bringing it out. When my food hit the table, there was no 5oz rotel. I was told that the kitchen put in on my order. Wasn’t even hot. Also, the rotel was discolored and grainy. Terrible first experience.

Beautiful Restaurant with local Murfreesboro decor. Free drinks for First Responders! Delicious Food and Tea! I highly recommend going. I really like the BLT Avocado Sandwich with a side of Fresh Fruit!. Yummy and very filling! Great place for large groups too since there is ample space for everyone! Outside covered seating on the side as well.

So sad. This McAlisters on Medical Center Pkwy has always been such a fun experience. The older lady that worked the front was always smiling and friendly and kind. Now it’s not as customer focused, staff seems distracted and not as outgoing . I hate to see it change. That older lady named Mel kinda drove the atmosphere and the younger staff seemed to follow. Now it’s just like any other restaurant.

It was clean & really nice inside! Bigger than the others we have visited! One Bad thing about it though was the people working there! The whole staff needs retrained (or maybe Trained for the 1st time) on how to treat & talk to customers! I got a Baked Potato & added Bacon & Cheese! For the price they added on for both was NOT WORTH IT! 1/2 piece of Bacon maybe was crumbled on top & a very Small amount of Cheese! The potato wasn’t completely done, hard around all sides & middle! My husband got the Memphian as usual & his was good! Hopefully they can train personnel & cooks as to how things should be done & Done Right!

This McAlister’s Deli location has been consistently great. The service is fast and friendly. The sandwiches are always made fresh with plenty of premium meats. You can’t go wrong with the Ruben or my current fav the New Yorker.

I took my family to McAlisters today after the great visit my coworker and I had last week.
My husband had never eaten at your restaurant near Medical Center Parkway and found it to be a great place to eat.
The same manager was working and he and his staff were exceedingly friendly.
Our lunch meal was delicious and we will continue to tell others about this wonderful restaurant and the food.

The staff at the Medical Center Parkway location makes me feel welcome. Today Bella helped me, and was amazing but Steve Parker was the icing on the cake! I go there for a healthy lunch but return because I am made to feel like I Matter, I am welcome, I am appreciated, with amazing customer service, genuine care and incredibly fresh healthy food. I could eat anywhere but I choose Steve and his team over everyone else again and again. His welcoming smile and leadership is what we need more of in this community. YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE STEVE, EVERY DAY! PRAISE GOD for leaders like you who let your light shine, to show the next generation how to work, how to care and how to love your job!
