Overall, good experience! My boyfriend and I both did the pick 2 options. I did the 1/2 club, on a croissant, no tomato and a side of broccoli cheddar soup. My boyfriend did the 1/2 grilled chicken club with broccoli cheddar soup.

I’m editing my review……. last visit was 100% improvement, good service and music wasn’t too loud . Great selection , my favorite is the Chicken club and chips, great lemonade and ice tea. Carrot Cake must be great because everytime I’m here its sold out, 4 stars because music is TOO LOUD, turn it down

Great new eatery in Lebanon, TN. If you’ve never eaten at McAlisters Deli, it’s a modified counter service – order at counter, they bring it to you and clean up real dishes. They will even refill your drinks. Plenty of outside dining too, although situated near pick up window. Sweet tea is amazing!

I have been to mcalisters in Memphis, Southhaven, Olive Branch and now Lebanon! I always always get the same thing. I enjoy immensely the veggie sandwich without cukes add extra extra onions and the horseradish sauce. I normally don’t do potato salad, but enjoy theirs. Stephie got a Caesar chicken wrap. It was nice to get there in between the crowds this time and I ate everything as always, especially the pickle!

As you can see in the photo, most tables were dirty and needed the mess removed from previous customers. I had to clean my own table if I wanted to sit. I waited 44 minutes after ordering my food before I decided to get a refund and leave. The manager was unapologetic and rude. I understand places are short staffed but I watched her stand behind the register doing nothing for the majority of the 44 minutes I waited. She was yelling at her staff to pick it up yet she was not helping at all. Also, in this 44 minute period that I was waiting, I listened to about 5 other customers go through it with this manager and she was rude to each and every one. I’m not huge on writing bad reviews but this sort of management and customer service will dig this place straight into the ground. I was there at 8/2 at 7:00pm. I’m truly appalled at the service I received and the actions of the manager. That was my first attempt to try McAllisters and I will not be returning.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. We were coming here 2-3 times a week. Walked in today nasty tables, drinks spilt on floor. Waited 37 minutes for 2 sandwiches. .when I walked up to see what was going on the manager was on the phone rolling her eyes with a customer complaint over the phone. 3 people walked up and demanded refunds. I’ve never seen it like this. We will be going to Jason’s deli. Counted atleast 10 flies inside flying on the food. This is how Places Close down for good. Keep this up McAllisters and yal will be shut down in Lebanon, Never again

The best thing about my visit today was the atmosphere and the helpful little girl behind the counter. It took them 17 min to get me a wrap. Everyone that came in behind me received their food before me and the shift lead caught an attitude when I asked for my money back. Never again.

After placing my online order…..then driving the 15 minutes (exactly how long it stated imy order would take) I waited another 30 minutes before calling the phone number to get someone’s attention. Note: one kid did attempt to help me after calling out several togo names and recognizing that I was still waiting. I say he attempted to help me because he asked the name on my order….then disappeared.

We had a meeting to attend at 6pm . We stopped in to get a quick bite at 5:15 at 5:55 we still haven’t gotten our order, at this point we asked for it to go we were told it would be another 5 to 10 minutes. We finally got our order to go however we should have checked the order because not everything we ordered was in the bag.
