Absolutely, DO NOT eat at this restaurant!!! I ordered $37 worth of food just to get all the way home go to eat my sandwich and in the pickle is a beautifully wrapped cockroach!!!!!!!! If I could give this place zero Stars I would!! Then I order carrot cake and I don’t know what this is supposed to be!!!!

My husband went and got us take out I ordered a veggie tater and added chicken to it that People was the best and the biggest tater I have had in a while these McCalisters showed out!! Cause in Monroe Louisiana where I reside they gave me the smallest and the driest potato I never wanted to go back to McAlisters ever!! Peoples service and their character at making food makes a difference I show u how amazing this potato looked we will b back !! Thank you guys!!

Most of the food I’ve tried from here is good and they have been able to edit orders slightly. Some things are a bit dry at times (the potato). Once or twice, an item was left out of the order.

Fast, clean, delicious sandwiches and amazing soups, and let’s not forget the cane sugar lemonade! McAlister’s Deli is a welcome addition to Dickson’s foodie fare with it’s local-themed decor. You’ll go for the food but stay for the cozy atmosphere while you enjoy great hand made salads and sandwiches. There’s outdoor seating, an expansive indoor seating with booths and tables along with a section for large groups. Everything was clean, the tables were cleared immediately and wiped. Staff brought our food and was very courteous making McAlister’s a great stop for lunch. Prices are amazing for the HUGE amount of sandwich and soup you get for just the half portions! I swear they put the full amount of meat for my ‘New Yorker’ Pastrami sandwich on the half bread slice, and the cup of soup was easily a bowl serving. Amazing!

The salad that I ordered was excellent only a couple of pieces of lettuce were a little bit Browner than I would have liked and half of the avocado is a little bit brown but other than that it was wonderful would still definitely return and highly recommend

I am so glad I tried this place! Service was friendly, and even after my group had our food, we were checked on a few times by staff. The food was so good and proportions were huge! I could tell cleanliness mattered and the atmosphere was relaxed.

The reason I gave the food a lower rating was because the quality control was not good. My husband and I each ordered the same sandwich. He got a whole one and I got a half. His sandwich halves were way thicker than mine and had double or even triple the meat mine had. Mine was missing several components also. When brought to the attention of manager she gladly remade the sandwich. Still not as much meat as my husband’s half but at least it had all the listed components. For the price they charge for a meal… we paid almost $35.00 for a sandwich and premium side ( yes an upcharge…good grief) and a pick 2 combo with the sandwich having another up charge and 1 drink (tea) that was over $3.00.

We finally ate here, I was told it wasn’t that good, so we never went. I don’t know what people expect anymore. We loved it. The food porcelain was a good size we regret not coming sooner. Prices are reasonable. That’s what you get for lessons to someone else as to just going yourself and decide for yourself. We will definitely be calling in a pick-up order at the drive-up window in the near future. The picture is a grilled chicken salad. Approximately $11

Glad to have McAlister’s here in Dickson! The King Turkey Club was bigger than I expected. It had plenty of meat (turkey and bacon) sandwiched between six pieces of bread along with lettuce and honey mustard
add tomatoes of that’s your thing. The broccoli and cheese soup was creamy and cheesy.
Everything was fresh from the food to the brand new establishment.
Service is speedy even during peak times. Highly recommend this family friendly restaurant.
