John is exceptional every time we come into this location, he is the best! We were so well taken care of by him and his crew when we sat down for lunch today. We even got a piece of carrot cake which was a 10/10, we love this location and appreciate John so much. Come see him it will make your day!

Lanetta is a true gem at this restaurant! Even though it’s a deli-style place, her friendliness and warmth made it feel like five-star dining. There was a small issue with the registers, but she handled it with such professionalism and grace that it barely felt like a hiccup. She resolved everything quickly and made us feel completely taken care of. We truly felt like family.

I was served to go by D’shia last night, I came in with my VIP voucher for free meal. I hadn’t been in the store in a while, so it took me some time to decide but she was so patient and kind while I looked at the menu. I had questions and she answered them very kind. I will be back.

I only gave three stars for atmosphere because really it’s a place to go eat. It has a nice atmosphere. No matter which McAlister’s deli you go to, you’re basically going to get a home-cooked meal even if it’s a sandwich. I had the turkey cheese and tomato. It was insanely good. It came to me hot with a pickle on the side. I have not yet had a bad meal at any of their McAlister’s skip the fast food places and go here!!! You won’t regret it

We were traveling for games at Lipscomb, and brought a group of 30 people in here. They were very friendly, efficient, and quick! Food was great and they set us up places to sit before we came in. Lynetta and Tristin were awesome!

We place an order online that was scheduled to be ready in 30 minutes and arrived at the location of the store to pickup our order that was pay in full already.
We were notified this evening that our order wasn’t ready and it will be additional 30 to 35 minutes for our food.
We are not pleased with the pickup at the window due to taking 65 minutes to receive our order.
The staff seems to not be trained this evening when doing business for dinner at this location 1008 Grant Hill Drive Antioch, Tn 37013.
Customers are leaving as well due to it being a 30 minute wait before eating inside the store at 6:47pm Saturday, 4/22/23.
The young man working the counter and drive thru by himself is very polite is the only positive experience tonight.

I am not from this area and was looking for a place for dinner that wasn’t fast food. I stumbled upon McAlister’s Deli and I am SO HAPPY I DID! I’ve only had the pleasure of ordering a chipotle chicken & bacon spud, cheddar broccoli soup and an iced tea. Everything was delicious. I wish I was staying longer in this area so I could sample more of their menu items. If I’m ever back in this area I will be eating here. I thought the prices were reasonable until I got my food. I think I under paid. Servers were pleasant and food came out fast.
