Everyone was Lovely and had a great sense of humor. The food was delicious! I asked for extra pickles but didn’t get any with my food. I went up and asked for those two or three pickles and they literally gave me a gallons worth of pickles. Ate every single one. Great place. Also, Spicy Brown Mustard is a 10/10. the Italian came from Italy? The chicken Caesar wrap was… oohh the macaroni taste like grandmas!

This location has done a complete 180 from last year. Food has been awesome. They used to have workers in there that didn’t care about working at all. Always acting like the customer was a bother and food would be put together very rushed and sloppy. Not anymore. New managers and employees are fantastic. Food comes out hot and the bread is always toasted now. 10/10

I’ll just say that the food, staff, service and professionalism are all great!!! My only issue when I eat there is trying to decide what to order from their delicious menu. It is all good and I am more than happy and satisfied each time I eat there. Again, the food is great and the staff is outstanding! I highly recommend.

I ordered ‘Jalapeno Turkey Crunch’. Never had this before! Tried it… and LOVE IT
I ordered it just because I like Jalapeños so didn’t even read the details of this menu.. received this menu… regretted it because of the Avocado (I don’t like Avocado) However, with avocado, love this sandwich!!!
+ I had the Chipotle Chicken Spud and Caesar Salad at McAlister’s Deli, and they were absolutely delicious! The baked potato was soft and fluffy, perfectly paired with the spicy chipotle chicken and melted cheese. The Caesar salad was fresh, with a creamy dressing that complemented the flavors well. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was friendly, making the dining experience even better.

Good location between the interstate and campus. And just a short drive away from lots of shopping. Food is always good. Lots of space in the dining room to always get a seat.

Haven’t been in awhile. Today the food we got was delicious. Hubby did the Steak & Cheese loaded Spud, steak had such a good flavor. I ordered the Salad/Sandwich combo. I chose the Memphian (but they were out of Ham ) and the Chicken Southwest salad (?) Also very yummy. But I did have complete sticker shock when we got the total!! Almost $30 for 2 of us and he got Sweet Tea, I only had water. Probably can’t afford to eat here much unless we split something! I mean it was lunch, not a Fancy steak dinner

Came in today 07/27/24 .. its been a year to see if they fixed any issues. Well, I didn’t get past the register before deciding to never return to any Mcalisters establishment. Yet another restaurant with no waiters expecting customers to “tip” someone for doing the job they applied for. It is not customers’ jobs to provide your workers with extra money so they can survive. 07/26/23 came in with my family to not be greeted by the ladies up front, cursing, and gossiping. But I was definitely attentive if i was going to tip or not . Took a while to get our food compared to previous visits. Witnessed the lady up front handle trash then cups then customers plates with no gloves or in between hand washes. Tea was horrible. I truly wanted a full refund but couldn’t get their attention over the gossiping. The order number was #75. we had 3 McAlister clubs, 1 king club with drinks. Please do better

I am absolutely appalled by my recent experience at McAlister’s Deli in Auburn, Alabama. I ate my food before I found black mold in the blackpepper shaker that i put on my food. By the time i noticed it i had already ate my food. This is a serious health hazard and shows a complete lack of care for food safety. I will never return to this location and urge others to be extremely cautious. This kind of negligence is unacceptable for any establishment serving food. McAlister’s Deli needs to address this issue immediately.
