I was absolutely stunned by the amazing service I had today at McAlister’s Deli. There was this beautiful manager named Aerielle. She was very polite and always made sure I was comfortable and got what I needed. I got the Italian sub which was more than i coild handle to eat in a single sitting . I will definitely be coming back just so I can be served by her again.

i was greeted by a very handsome friendly lightskin black fellow immediately upon entering the store. i watched as he took my order and ran to the back to prepare it. i ordered a club and it was done in 2 minutes and 23 seconds and it was the best food i have ever received from any restaurant. i could tell it was prepared with nothing but love. this was truly the best experience i could have ever asked for, all made possible by Logan Micheal Anderson III

Immediately upon walking in we was greeted with the friendliest welcome! The staff all was very helpful helped us guide the menu. The restaurant was immaculate! The food was the absolute best I have ever had. The potatoe was huge! The food was all so fresh the ladies walking around. Asking if we needed anything was absolutely the kindest. The prices are way underrated for this quality of food. This was my first time here I will be a regular for sure!

I went into Mcallisters deli on a busy Sunday after my morning church service to be greeted by a very welcoming smile and welcome in. I walked to the counter to then encounter a very welcoming gentleman named sawyer. He took my order and made sure that I got everything I wanted off of it off. I proceeded to sit down and the food was out in rather slow pace but I understood as there lobby was packed. I went there today June 29, 2025 wanting a light lunch. I ordered a grilled cheese some chips and a tea. The food took a long time to come out even though they were not low on staff. When my food did arrive my grilled cheese was completely burnt to a crisp to the point that my bread was hard as rocks. The cook a blonde lady rolled her eyes at the thought of me wanting a new one made that was not burnt. When they brought the new one it was not toasted much at all she pretty much put a cheese sandwich on the plate and called it a day. The service was horrible the food could have been good if it was made by someone who cared about their job even a little bit.

First time at a McAlister’s Deli. Restaurant was clean and staff friendly enough. Restaurant was not busy, but food still took 20 minutes to arrive. Portions are small. Over all food quality was good, but don’t go if you’re on a schedule. Value proposition is poor. Pictured here is my very tiny regular chicken club sandwich. Most kids meals are larger.

Food was a very high 3, it’s fresh and big portions. If you want a good sitdown and you don’t feel guilty after eating, this is your spot, unless you get a dessert, or sweet tea, or mac n cheese, but I digress. It is a little pricey, but here goes.

How amazing was this experience you may ask! AMAZING!! From calling in my order (just in case it was busy) to table was less than 10 minutes! The staff were extremely friendly, and super helpful. My order was correct and delicious! What an amazing job this staff has done to train, and be ready for their “Big Day!” I am so excited you all are across the street from my office… I guess I’ll be seeing you all OFTEN! Thanks again!
