I ordered the French dip. First time I got it, the meat was burnt and there was no cheese. I ordered a replacement. It came back worse. Meat all dried out. No cheese.Bread not just soggy but WET. Tried to give it to my dog but even she would not eat it. Were these sandwiches made yesterday and heated back up? Or does your cook not know how to toast a sandwich? Its like it was cooked in the microwave for WAY too long.

Friendly employees. .y out of town visitors love this place. They do not have one at home. One of my favorite places to eat lunch and supper. Always pleased with my order. No sweet tea for me, but I hear it’s great. Outside covered seating. My only complaint is sticky floors. Definitely recommended.

I have been eating at McAlister’s deli now for what seems like at least 20 years. The food always tastes great, the place is always well maintained and clean. The service is always top notch and the bathrooms are of course clean. There’s plenty of parking in the front and there’s also outdoor seating as well. Definitely a great place to eat with a small to medium-sized party of people.

I have been here twice. Both times they messed up my sandwich. Both times they brought food out at different times so one person was done eating before another got food. The potato salad portion is laughable how tiny it is. The kids meals went up in price yet the portion got smaller. They forgot my cheesecake and I had to go ask. The ladies working the counter were very nice. I feel the issue is the cook can’t make more than one thing at a time. The price I way too high for the small portions and slow service. 25 minutes for a toasted cheeses sandwich is ridiculous.

We decided to try something new today and looked around the area to see what was available at the time. Glad we chose this place everything was really good and they earn a 5 stars easy. This place is horrible for Uber Eats and Doordash drivers. You’ll wait forever while the employees walk around looking lost in their own world. Ive had to pick up several order from this place and everytime the wait is extremely excessive and the employees are just walking all over each other like they have no clue what they’re doing. When you ask them about the pick up order they just look confused and continue on with walking around looking so lost. As far as the taste of the food goes I’m not sure so I can’t rate it. I’ve never personally eaten here but probably wouldn’t after the few experiences I’ve had with the place. I’ll definitely decline any future delivery orders from this location though.

It’s a chain and as such it’s consistent. The food isn’t bad and the value is reasonable, but do not go to this location during busy periods. A 35 minute wait for 2 deli sandwiches and a salad is pretty awful. I know they are busy but really.

I absolutely love this place! We eat here often, and not once has the food been unsatisfactory. Always fresh, hearty servings, and in my opinion fair pricing. Even when we order through Uber Eats, no corners are cut with our order and everything arrives fresh, well prepared and packaged, and delicious.
