This was the first time I had been to Mc Alister’s Deli.
This one is in a two called Troy Alabama. I was visiting family in this area and I saw t mobile Tuesday gave away a free meal. So I stopped in to try it.
First off, the place was clean and looked like a nice restaurant. Staff was professional and polite. Did a very good job.
I ordered the club with a tomato cucumber waited. And got a sweet tea
Didn’t have a long wait. Yo, get my order.
The teas were good for a sweet tea, one of the best I had but not the best. But good.
The salad was good for it just being onion tomato and cucumbers.
The club had turkey bacon and cheese, it was very good.
I do recommend trying McAllister’s at least once . I will be back when I am near one.
Thank you to the staff polite respectful and did an amazing job. 5 stars out of 5

Horrible, HORRIBLE staff. Food is decent. Seat and table was dirty, counter was sticky (I came in just as they were opening). The staff is so rude and it’s like talking to a bag of bricks when you order. “Uhhhhhhhhhh…uummmmmm” – absolutely ridiculous interaction. Then the staff proceeds to talk nasty about a lady that came in and asked a simple question about the menu. $22 for one meal is insane-especially when it’s being run by a bunch of fools. What an awful place of business. It’s a shame.

There was a new employee training on the cash register and she was so kind/patient with all of our requests. Anytime she needed help the experienced cashier helped her. Great teamwork, food was perfect and restaurant was clean!

My grandson and I had lunch there today. We ordered nachos. I ordered chili nachos He ordered pork barbecue nachos. The pork was ice cold not heated and the chili was too strong flavor way too salty enough to ruin my nachos.
Also when I get a salad there or take out the meat on the salad is always cold.
It’s never like that from another restaurants.

I made an order online and went through the drive-through and the service was quick and the staff was very nice. Food was good also.

Employee’s are nice and I enjoy the food but they are very slow. If you go plan on waiting awhile regardless of the number of customers.

Consistently forgetting to include all items purchased (no soup, no potato salad, etc) I ordered a ham sandwich and received 2 pieces of bread with a tomato in between. This is my last time purchasing their product. Drive home with all this food just to be missing 50% of the order.

I am a regular here, so I want to make it clear the only reason they don’t have 5 ⭐️ from me, is only bc of the wait time. They NEVER have enough help. The food is always excellent. Freshly made, and I rarely have any issues with missing an item. If you want different and healthier options, this is the place to go. Today I waited a long 15-20 mins, and I watched all 3 employees. Front was completely by himself. There were only two people in the back, one I believe to be the manager, never came out to assist the front, and she moves as slow as molasses ALL the time!! They desperately need good help!

Walked in on April 1st at approximately 11:50 am. Deli wasn’t even half full. After looking over the menu we went to order and was told it would be a wait of 20 minutes (just to order) because the cook was a little behind. We were not even offered to get a drink and sit down. Absolutely the most terrible customer service ever.
We were there on Friday and had the best experience and staff was very friendly.

Incredible food, service and atmosphere! Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Service was quick, food was delicious and the staff were very kind and efficient. Absolute 10/10 place! Especially that little red head fellow was so interesting to talk to.
