This was my first time as McAlister’s Deli and it wont be the last though I will give it some time before I return and l’ll tell you why. To start, the ambiance inside is much nicer than I expected going into a sandwich shop, seriously the place is neat. The food wasn’t long of a wait and although the potato was dry I had no complaints on the flavor of the meal. I wanted to give 5 stars so badly but the service provided at the register was hard to look past and unfortunately it was just my luck on this side of the line where I was that Jasheeda was working, between the monotone voice and rushing you to the next part of the order before you can finish saying what you’re saying, you can tell she didn’t want to be there. Meanwhile the other hostess on the opposite end at the other register you could hear and see her bubbly attitude and she was really treating her customers with kindness. I saw the people behind me get treated the same way and then the people after them got ignored as she looked to them walk up then went off to the back uncalled for but thankfully the other hostess acknowledged them and called them to the other side.
Jasheeda would be better fit dishwashing in the back where she doesn’t have to be face to face with clients and she can be monotone and have an attitude with the dishes instead. I feel that the quality of customer service is just as important as the quality of the food..

This is a chain restaurant that serves deli style foods in the form of fast food. Inside, there’s plenty of seating, a good atmosphere, and lots of people working there. Our cashier was friendly, and our food came out in a reasonable time.
The food itself isn’t that impressive. Although there’s nothing wrong with it, it just didn’t feel as impressive as other sandwiches. The four cheese and the ham sandwiches were average in quality. Overall, would recommend going somewhere else.

The food at this place is actually pretty good been here multiple times, BUT if you go at night CHECK YOUR ORDER. The night time staff have gotten my order wrong over 4 times before. I literally just had to drive back again for missed item in my order. Food is great but service is definitely subpar in the Evening.

Besides the great food the customer service here is always great. It can get busy but the employees are always working to keep things moving. Nari was a great help to us tonight- she brought us refills and checked on us frequently. This is a great place to bring kids.

Waited two hours for my food, they had an extremely busy night and clearly understaffed for the amount of customers and traffic they had. I have sympathy and understanding for the fact they had a horrible rush however there was not enough efficiency going on and everything moved extremely slow. Their app had service issues and the order I made somehow wasn’t being processed but showed in their system. By the time I went to the window for pick up is when I was made aware which sucked because I had just waited over 45 minutes in line to get to the window due to how busy and overworked everyone was along with not being able to keep up with orders. The gentleman that helped had asked me to pull back around in the line and by the time I got back to the window my food “should be done” mind you no one was aware of the line wrapped around the building due to the intense rush. The line ended up being an additional hour. By that point I went inside to wait another 30 minutes to get to the counter to pick up food that was extremely cold and soggy and not worth the wait for fresh food after 2 hours. I asked the manager for a refund at that point and told her why I was asking and made her aware of how poorly everything was being ran due to the rush. She wrote a note on my receipt and had told the girl at the counter to put it somewhere safe for her so she could process the refund that night due to the fact she’d be staying back late. This was a week ago now and I have yet to see a refund. My issue with this situation is how overworked everyone was knowing they had a promotion going on and not effectively planning and how much of a nightmare and inconvenience it was for most guest some of which I spoke to whom just flat out left the line, but mainly for the service after the fact when trying to be reassured I’d receive a refund for food that wasn’t even close to mediocre due to it sitting for so long and horrific wait times. In sure on another occasion this might have been pleasant but not being followed up with after my request is why I wouldn’t give the place a second chance.
