Ordered a southwest salad to go as this is my favorite salad from them. Checked it later and there were no avocados, and one sliver of chicken. I paid money for just a bunch of wilted lettuce. Very disappointed and will never be back.

The food was delicious. Portions were worth the money. The Reuben had plenty of meat and sauce. Asian crunch salad was just the right blend of salad and crunch. Turkey jalapeño crunch was enjoyable. Sugar cookie was yummy! Lemon berry cookie was a favorite as well.

The little girl with glasses and braids and the assistant manager with the scarf was RUDE. I’m asking her about my food she kept mopping. Then tells her assistant manager she isn’t going to deal with me. The shift lead who was Caucasian was pleasant. The fact a cashier can tell her superior she isn’t going to service a PAYING CUSTOMER IS BEYOND ME. THE shift lead asked if I wanted to talk to the assistant I declined because she should’ve came out IN THE FIRST PLACE. Porsha needs better control of her staff and to teach them how to actually have a customer service ATTITUDE. Then my food SAT THERE BECAUSE THE GIRL DIDNT LOOK AT THE NAME BUT STOPPED ME FROM GRABBING IT. Trifling customer service representatives

Whatever it lacked in presentation was made up for in taste and quality. We ordered through the app from our table. Out food was brought to us sooner than the estimated time. Staff was friendly and the food was soooo goood! This was my first time visiting, I can’t wait to come back!
