I want to tell you about my experience on August 24th 2025. I am an Uber Eats driver and pick up quite frequently from this location. The store is always clean and the employees are always busy. This evening I had a mistake on an order for the first time ever and I have been picking up from this location for over a year and a half. In the busyness of everything this evening and it was very busy, my order got switched with another one and I had to drive quite a long ways for the delivery and the order was the wrong order. I could have canceled the order and left it to be somebody else’s problem but the lady who I was delivering to was very sweet and so I agreed to go back to the store and get her order remade or at least attempt to, and bring the order back to her. When I arrived back at the store I asked to speak with the shift manager. She come out to greet me very quickly. H
She introduced herself and set her name was Melissa and wanted to know how she could help me. Upon explaining the situation, Melissa was so understanding and very professional in trying to find a solution to the problem and agreed to remake the customers order for her without any hesitation. She was intent on providing the very best customer service experience for the lady who had ordered. This may seem like no big deal, a thing that would be normal, but I am here to tell you, as someone who picks up food from dozens and dozens of restaurants everyday, unfortunatly this is not the normal management response at other restaurants when there is a problem with an order. I would like to give a big shout out to Melissa and her staff tonight for being so customer focused and diligent about their jobs. I look forward to eating here myself soon, as well as picking up any orders that might be available for delivery, it is always a pleasant experience. I believe employees and lower management are a direct reflection of the Store Manager and with I would like to say Congratulations to Mac Jones, you are obviously leading by example.

This is my favorite place to order salad (Pecanberry is the best), and the flavored sweet tea is delicious. the customer service is always amazing. I felt like I had a complicated order and the host Karissa was very patient and was able to fulfill my request. Everyone else is so nice when we come!

Went to McAlisters Deli to pick up dinner. I ordered the Pick 2 and got a Veggie Spud and Veggie Chili. With this deal you can have 2 meals. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I discovered they queso was left off Veggie Spud. The staff was helpful and I received a side of queso with no issues. I will definitely return in future.

For sandwiches in Simpsonville, this is our go to place and I’ll tell you why. The staff at least pretend to care, they come check on you and even refill your drinks and take your empty plates away. The food is good quality. The music is great. My husband thinks it’s a little uncomfortable which is why I put 4 stars for atmosphere, I personally feel it’s got a good atmosphere, they even provide a nice shaded outdoor area with games to keep littles entertained. The great staff alone earns them 5 stars.

I hate this, I really like the salads, I order online and my recent experience was horrible! I waited at the window like I ordered, the girl that was at the cash register inside saw me there, she never told anyone in the store I was there, after waiting 5/6 minutes I honked the horn and she only looked at me, so I pulled out of line and parked my car and went inside and pulled my food off of the shelf and started to leave, someone from the in the kitchen said I couldn’t do that, I paid with Apple Pay when I ordered, so it was already paid for, BTW there was 3 customers in the store! Bottom line, Food good but it can’t over come the horrible service!

Tried to call in an order for soup but they only take card over the phone so I pulled in through the drive through and told them I wanted a soup and I had cash and that I have Covid and shouldn’t come inside. The girl at the window was super sweet and told me it was okay to come in and order…even with Covid. So I did and I got 2 soups to go but the lid wasn’t shut on the soup and it spilled all in my car. Now I still have Covid and just paid 15$ for half a bowl of soup and the rest of it is on my floor in my car. They should think about getting rid of the automatic voice message over the phone and actually answering the phone and taking a to go order.

This new restaurant is a must stop if you love the deli vibe and food choices. They have really stepped up their game. I was asked multiple times at the table if I could be served by refreshing my drink or taking plates away. 5 out of 5

I come to this establishment often, I am always treated as a guest should feel but today changed that. I walk up to order and the girl ringing me up, Zoey did not say anything just stared at me blank it was very rude then proceeded to have an attitude. I guess being friendly isn’t part of the job description.
