I haven’t been to McAllister’s in years and I was not disappointed. The service was amazing! (The young lady at the front who brought me my food was the absolute best. Sorry I don’t remember your name but your pink nails were pretty). The food was awesome also. It wasn’t haphazardly thrown together, it was so pretty and yummy!

Placed a pickup order. Waited over 30 mins after the pickup order time that I was told. Mac n cheese had no noodles in it. It was cheese soup. Got an email to take a survey about my experience that I completed. The general manager responded by saying I need to check in for a pickup order when I arrive which I did and still waited that long.

This is the second time I have ordered a club there the past month and both times the McAllister club no where looks like a stacked club, it was two pieces of bread with meat slapped in side that literally could have been made at home. If I am paying $13 for a club then I honestly expect to get what I’m seeing specifically on the menu. Also, the manager or whoever the new “manager” is really rude! On top of all this, my food wasn’t even in a takeout box.

While shopping at the mall I decided to stop by for a take out lunch with my niece. She ordered the south west avocado chicken salad and I got a cranberry club with a bowl of chicken and dumplings, and a side of potato salad. The sandwich was delicious and so was the potato salad. The chicken and dumplings was tasty too, it had chunks of white meat chicken in it with real dumplings. The dumplings were not gummy and they were cooked all the way through. They could have used some extra seasoning, salt and pepper I added that. Try the lemonade too, it was really good. All and all we really enjoyed our lunch.

We walked in and it smelled like a house fire, apparently some food was burned in the kitchen and it was absolutely freezing. We complained about the temperature to 3 different employees, two of them just shrugged their shoulder and walked off, one said “I just work here” other patrons were also visibly freezing g and we’re also complaining. If the heat is broke, a note on the door or let employees know how to respond to complaints. Things happen, I get it but just communicate.

Visited today during T-Mobile Tuesday’s buy-a-drink-get-a-free-entrée promotion. The place was packed!! Even with how busy it was, the entire staff worked efficiently, stayed pleasant, and delivered excellent service. Great teamwork and professionalism!

We went there for lunch today, and couldn’t eat there. Literally left and went to the Mexican restaurant next door. Never even made it through the line to order. Only 3 people working – 1 on register, 1 in the kitchen, 1 bringing out food. Even if we would have gotten up to the register to order, we wouldn’t have had a place to sit to eat. No clean tables to sit at, although plenty were empty, none were clean.
