This location was once my weekly spot. The management and customer service once was stellar. I had lunch there today with my husband, we ordered our usual choose 2. I get nachos every visit. So it was the Ultimate Nachos with veggie chili all toppings on the side. I noticed the cheese mix was taco cheese, it was not just the straight cheddar. I asked the manager and apparently they had both but”we’re not using it until all of this is gone.” What?? So, the atmosphere was a 1 because 0 is not available. There were dirty dishes on every other table.
So what’s the bright spot! The food was okay and correct and the cashier was the best.
Last piece of advise for management when a customer ask for utensil don’t ask questions start with a fork.

I come to this location at least once a month. The food is good and the service is usually quick. My issue is that a lot of the time the restaurant isn’t the cleanest. Sometimes it is hard to find a clean table to sit at. The bathrooms are mot always clean either with dirty sinks and trash in the floor. I was in there for over an hour and none of these tables were cleared and cleaned.

What happened? It’s probably been a year since I’ve eaten here, but I remember it being a pretty decent option. Everything was underwhelming. We ordered 3 club sandwiches To Go. All were dry and terrible, missing both the mayo and honey mustard. Ordered broccoli cheddar and potato soups. Both disappointing. The potato soup was so bad we threw it away, the broccoli cheddar was edible but not great. Cannot recommend, choose somewhere else.

We ordered soup which was pretty good. I also ordered a grilled cheese to go along with it and this is what we got… the great isn’t even toasted!?!? Then my wife ordered a side of fruit that looked like it expired a week ago. My daughter ordered Mac and cheese…. Disgusting to say the least. She wouldn’t even eat it. Very disappointed

Joe the manager really stepped up tonight. I ordered on Door Dash (only my second time on door dash) and one of my sandwiches were messed up. Not only did he fix the problem; he actually heard me when I called to tell him what was wrong. Thanks Joe. I appreciate you! Oh, and thanks for the cookie!!

Came here with the family for a quick lunch. Staff was nice and the kids options were decent. I liked they had a salad as an option, and that was what my daughter chose. So yay! The New Yorker is what I had and it was really good. Plenty of meat, a bit light on mustard, but more was provided upon request. Potato salad was pretty good too. Similar to what you could buy in a shop like Publix or Food Lion. I was also happy to see that they have soda water from the fountain and not just regular water, that was a nice surprise. Overall, it was a pretty good meal as sandwich places go. It’s superior to a subway or other sub shop for sure, the amount of meat you get is impressive too. However, if you are in Charlotte, there are much better places to get a good deli sandwich. Katz is the best in town, but this is a solid second place.

Love going to McCalisters… have been to quite a few different locations…. they were very friendly at this one, food was served hot and the fresh… and with a smile. I had the crunch Turkey sandwich and it was so good! Also split this bluberry cheesecake thst was heavenly!

The “Famous Tea” was NASTY this evening!!! Tasted like the tea containers had not been cleaned and the tea was SOUR tasting…..such a bummer because we get TEA ALOT and didn’t taste the tea until we got home….sadly we had to toss it out….what a waste!! Clean your equipment please….Thanks

Excellent sandwich! And the potato salad was pretty good too, decent sized portion for the price! Thanks Great customer service! I even saw them forget to put a sandwich into an order, then run out to hand it to the orderee before they had a chance to even notice.
