I come here probably once a month and every time the food is great and the service as well. I usually get the choose two with the Chicken tortilla soup and the grilled chicken club. One thing I really like about McAllisters is the tea is always fresh and delicious. A lot of other restaurants don’t clean their tea urns and here they do it every time. So the tea is amazing!!!

Something I was really impressed with. I ordered the nachos to go some soup and I didn’t realize how they bagged it when I got to the hotel. I realized that they had everything in a different container. That’s the first time I’ve ever ordered nachos and it was served like that I loved it because I didn’t have to be concerned if I ate it two minutes from them or two hours from them. Everything was separate

I got a cold soup that just tasted very bland and a small bite size sandwich for 15 dollars . Not worth it at all ..This place did use to be good with hot food and good portions. I can see why the employees are standing around with nothing to do and the dining room is empty. Like many other reviews McAllisterz has gone down hill .

Friendly, attentive staff!! The potatoes tasted great, my mother’s potato skin was a little soggy and the spud was actually just 2 potatoes put together.. but it still tasted yummy!!

This place use to be our go-to for a quick lunch. We were in for quite a surprise when we actually received our food today. The serving sizes have dwindled significantly. You use to get a sandwich that could easily make two meals. Now, my pickle was nearly as big as my sandwich. Extremely disappointing when you pay $12 for a sandwich and side and that’s it. All drinks are separate. Almost $4 for a lemonade? No thanks. We will take our money elsewhere or just stay home at this cost. High prices and smaller portions seem to be the theme of restaurants lately. It’s ridiculous. Won’t be back that’s for sure.

I delivered for this McAlisters on a catering order and they stole my tip that the customer put on the receipt. They are thieves be careful doordashers. Don’t trust them when they say they’ll report your tip. They just pocket it.
