Normally, I would brag about the quality and freshness of the food here but tonight I’m more than disappointed. I ordered and stopped to pick up on my way to a 12 hour shift. On the menu, the chili looks fantastic but what I got was not chili, it was more like hotdog chili (no tomato chunks, and no beans). The salad was alright but would have been much better if they had remembered my dressing. But the sandwich was completely disappointing. Wrong bread, no turkey, no mayo, no mustard, no onion. Absolutely not what I ordered but what I’m stuck eating since I don’t have access to outside food while at work. Just awful!

Southwest salad was good but how old do you think these avacado slices are??? So much for “fresh”! Almost wasn’t gonna eat the salad, because these things grossed out out so bad.

Food was good. Sandwiches smaller than last visit (last year) but still good. Choose to not have 2 meats on sandwiches and was charged for extra meat i stead of just replacing meat. This was not explained well by staff.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I asked for a Pickle and did not get it and I asked for extra Mayonnaise and received no Mayonnaise, However the sandwich was still delicious and the chef salad was fresh. I cannot wait to go again we definitely needed something like this in our town. I can’t wait to give the 5 stars I know they deserve but this was just my honest review and will definitely be back

So today 1/10/26 I was door dashing with my husband and the location was backed up which we didn’t mind. The young lady I think her name was Jakiya or something like that, she offered us something to drink while we were waiting (along with everyone who came in looking for their orders). And there was an older gentleman beside us and she was bagging orders by herself, she was going at a good pace. A older man in the back I think he’s a manager his name is David or Davis (the young lady said one the sort) he was yelling at her to get the older gentleman beside us his order but she was standing her ground she didn’t say anything disrespectful she said verbatim “David or Davis i’m not going to stop what im doing for one person I know who everyone’s order is i’m trying my best”. And he told the gentleman that’s “she’s going to get your order I guess” and he rolled his eyes. I think that was very rude the girl looks no older than maybe 17-18 and the gentleman in the back looks maybe in his early 40’s. Something needs to happen to him, he shouldn’t be talking to employees like that especially with how young she looks.

Cashier was rude when handing me my order at the window, she just stared at me until I said my name. And they give me this for my side of mac and cheese? This doesn’t even fill the cup up. Customer service was trash and $12 for a meal and this is all the Mac and cheese I get? I did a formal complaint on their website and truly hope they learn from my experience. I am not paying that much money for rude service and not even filling up the container.

Food was good in the past. Can’t get food now because they went automated and the AI wasn’t getting it right. Tried talking to a person and just got transfered to another AI that sent me back to the first AI. Proceeded to go to the store pick up window (drive thru) to try. They refuse to take an order unless u go inside. Horrible business practice. Getting food elsewhere and I won’t be back.

This place is awesome! I have loved their food since the first time I tried it in Gastonia. Sunday I placed my first online order with them. When we got home with the food, I realized one item was left out. A bowl of potato soup. I called and they took down my name so I could get it replaced next time I go.
I went in yesterday, Monday, to get it and the manager went above and beyond to compensate me for my trouble. I received my bowl of soup plus a free drink and dessert of my choice…. sugar cookie ❤️. At that moment…I have a new favorite restaurant in Shelby. Thank you to all of the workers and the awesome manager.

This is ridiculous… we did a mobile order for lunch and did not receive the cookie we ordered (and wasted the member reward on it). Then my husband wanted to surprise me with the cookie that I was looking forward to trying earlier, and so he put in a DoorDash order for that and a couple other sweet treats. When we received our order, they didn’t put the cheesecake in. Are the employees just not looking at the orders?? Once a day, okay—it sucks, but I get it happens sometimes… but twice in one day, from the same store, is just ridiculous.
