This was my first time at this location. Customer service was great. The cashier was very patient with me. I had a hard time choosing between a spud and a salad. I wanted a spud but knew I needed something a little more healthy. The cashier recommended where I could choose 2 halves (half a spud and half a salad) and informed me of that special. I appreciated it so much. It was very affordable. I believe it wad $10.99. The food was fresh and tasted delicious! It was alot of food to be two halves. The restaurant was clean. I will definitely be coming back. I do recommend this location from my experience.

Took my wife to McAllister’s deli, walked in the guy, said he would help us in a second, he seem to be the owner, or at least the manager. Never came back to the cash register. Just let us sit there at the counter. We turned around and finally just walked out. People don’t have much power in the world today, but they have the power of their wallet. I would highly suggest McAllister‘s deli, just not this one. Unfortunately the owner/manager doesn’t really care, he needs a lesson in place hospitality services.

If you want fresh made deli style sandwiches , soup , salads , stuffed potatoes & more this is the place . McAlister’s Deli has a great menu of fresh items . We dined with friends on a Sunday for lunch , although it was very busy the staff at McAlister’s handled the crowd well & got orders taken & food served in a timely manner . Some of our party had the broccoli cheese soup which they said was delicious. Our party also had nachos which were tasty . I had a turkey sandwich on a multigrain bun with ample turkey, lettuce, tomato , avocado, and it was divine . I also had chicken tortilla soup which was good . My husband enjoyed a Angus roast beef sandwich & chips that he is still raving about how good it was . There is plenty of seating & parking here . Beverages are refilled at the counter. They also have a dessert menu if you have room . We got a slice of carrot cake & shared between us , it was rich , lightly spiced , moist beyond belief , and tasted divine . This restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere & is family friendly . The iced tea is excellent here & that is a plus for me where ever I dine . I normally do not dine in restaurants that don’t serve iced tea . Try McAlister’s Deli, I think you will enjoy it . We did & will definitely be going back soon .

Love this place. I try to try something different each time I go.. or have the same thing substituting an ingredient. It’s always good and the waitresses/ servers are almost always friendly and helpful. I won’t let a couple bad apples spoil the bushel

My husband ordered New York sandwich (roasted beef) with potato salad and sweet tea while I ordered Reuben with Caesar salad and blackberry tea. We both appreciated how easy it was to order online through the App and were impressed by the customization options. Our orders arrived fast and everything was yummy. We will return.

Food was fine. Heavy set girl behind the register was rude. I ordered a meal to go. I paid and tipped them. I sat at the front booth the entire time directly in front of register. After 20 minutes (time on the receipt) I got up and asked politely about my order. They looked at me and said it’s over there, pointing to rack for delivery driver pick up. I asked why didn’t you tell me it would be over there. They walked right in front of me to put it there. It had been sitting getting cold for the last 10 minutes. Why did they need my name for the receipt? I thought they would call it, especially since I was sitting right in front of them. I got my food and the heavy set girl called out in an overly dramatic voice “have a nice day”. I guess she didn’t like me. I am confused as to what I did. I didn’t order anything complicated. There was minimal verbal interaction. I tipped the cashier on a to go order I picked up. Oh well. Must just be a person who is unhappy with their life.

Struggle town USA. Its obvious this store is trying to maximize margins. Order a water with your meal on a record breaking hottest day in recorded history, guess what , 8 oz kids cup. The pickle that comes with your sandwich, you are shamed into accepting it. I have never been to a more customer unfriendly McAlisters. Go to the Matthews location if you want a struggle free meal. This store just ain’t it.

Staff is always nice and welcoming, restaurant has always been clean when dining inside. Ordering online is very easy, getting curbside pickup has always been fast and I haven’t had any issues. Their cookies and cheesecake is very good I definitely recommend getting one after the meal even to take home!
