This was my first time at this location. Customer service was great. The cashier was very patient with me. I had a hard time choosing between a spud and a salad. I wanted a spud but knew I needed something a little more healthy. The cashier recommended where I could choose 2 halves (half a spud and half a salad) and informed me of that special. I appreciated it so much. It was very affordable. I believe it wad $10.99. The food was fresh and tasted delicious! It was alot of food to be two halves. The restaurant was clean. I will definitely be coming back. I do recommend this location from my experience.

Now I see why I stopped going to this restaurant. It’s one of the worst sandwich places in Monroe, NC. The food portion is slim to none for the amount of money that’s being charged. This establishment needs to do better. Please stop serving Cajun soupy beans and no rice and charging an arm and a leg for it. My king club had a lot of green and barely any meat. If you decide to eat from here make sure you check your food before you leave.

First time here. Nick took our order. Dude, Smile!!!! Welcome us to the establishment!!! Show that you are happy to be working there!!!! The tip would have been better if you showed that you were happy to work there. (Even if you have to fake it!!!)
Zee delivered our food. She was rude and had an attitude!!! Not sure what her problem was but don’t show it to the customers!!!! Idk if you didn’t want to be there, hated some coworkers you are working with, having a bad day, etc! Don’t show that side to customers. (FYI, I work in a restaurant! You always smile and show that you care about the customers!!! Being nice, pleasant and care will give you better tips!!!)

If you want fresh made deli style sandwiches , soup , salads , stuffed potatoes & more this is the place . McAlister’s Deli has a great menu of fresh items . We dined with friends on a Sunday for lunch , although it was very busy the staff at McAlister’s handled the crowd well & got orders taken & food served in a timely manner . Some of our party had the broccoli cheese soup which they said was delicious. Our party also had nachos which were tasty . I had a turkey sandwich on a multigrain bun with ample turkey, lettuce, tomato , avocado, and it was divine . I also had chicken tortilla soup which was good . My husband enjoyed a Angus roast beef sandwich & chips that he is still raving about how good it was . There is plenty of seating & parking here . Beverages are refilled at the counter. They also have a dessert menu if you have room . We got a slice of carrot cake & shared between us , it was rich , lightly spiced , moist beyond belief , and tasted divine . This restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere & is family friendly . The iced tea is excellent here & that is a plus for me where ever I dine . I normally do not dine in restaurants that don’t serve iced tea . Try McAlister’s Deli, I think you will enjoy it . We did & will definitely be going back soon .

My husband ordered New York sandwich (roasted beef) with potato salad and sweet tea while I ordered Reuben with Caesar salad and blackberry tea. We both appreciated how easy it was to order online through the App and were impressed by the customization options. Our orders arrived fast and everything was yummy. We will return.

Excellent Deli sandwich’s at McAlister’s Deli. The king chicken club was built perfectly and enough for two people. Staff bring you the food and wait on you during the visit. Well worth the money with a great experience.

Haven’t been to in many many years. Stopped in for old times sake and was disappointed. Every corner was cut … everything seemed smaller in proportion… and the lemonade was not like I remembered it… old fashioned… seemed like a cheap alternative!
Sorry just being truthful. Food was tasty though … just in general everything was basic ! Surprised there still around!! Gotta up their game a bunch !!

Upscale sandwich, soup and salad restaurant. Ingredients are always fresh and the selections are plated in an appealing way. If you want burgers and fries though, keep moving. This is a place for an avocado turkey sandwich with fresh fruit on the side and maybe a cup of chicken tortilla soup. Service is always good, friendly and frequent too.

My wife ordered the French Dip, from Doordash the last 2 times we ate there. The time before, we didn’t get the Au Jus, this time the sandwich barely had any roast beef, it was burnt, and had no cheese or anything else. We won’t spend another dime, especially after “David” told me to contact Doordash for reimbursement, and defended the pathetic sandwich.
