We had such a great lunch there this past weekend and all our sandwiches were delicious. The service and staff were super friendly. Really good on prices as 4 sandwiches that comes with a side and 4 drinks for $67. In today’s economy, I think it was very fair and the plate was full.

I wished I had got my server name. She made my experience great. The hugh salads on their site is what got me in the resturant yesterday

I got it to go and got half club and half broccoli soup to est there. Both was great but my salad was smaller than advertised. I jokingly made a joke about my serving to my server…next thing I knew she brought me another salad that was loaded just the way I wanted. This is how you make a customer want to come back. Great customer server. I actually went home with two salads. Yea !.My broccoli soup taste great even though lacking in substance.. it didn’t deter me from ordering again on my next visit. Wished i had taken pictures like i normally do. My visit was the matthew town ship location

Update. Went today with a friend and got the blta and chicken tortilla soup. The BLT was sloppily put together and the chicken tortilla soup was very runny with no flavor. That’s the second time I’ve got their soup and it just doesn’t taste like it should. This McAlister’s is always so clean. The service is excellent. Plenty of seating inside and outside. No waiting and fast service. I got the broccoli cheese soup and it was very runny. I let the waiter know he apologized, agreed, and took it right back and brought me potato salad instead of potato soup but it was good potato salad. The sandwich was good. A little on the burnt side but good. Quiet and easy to talk.

It had been a while since visiting this location and appears they have made interior design updates. More open feel. Good food. We were checked on a got drink refills. Very popular location.

I went to this restaurant for take-out. You can order food at the counter and then went outside in their cute seating area. They brought the care package out to me, that was a plus for sure 5 stars and when I got home even better the food was all there and correct. I had a big order so even more of a bonus. Now for the food…A MA ZING! For sandwiches…fresh and tasty, and still warm when I got home. The Mac and cheese super creamy and cheesy. I also ordered potato salad, chicken club, chicken salad on croissant, Spud Ole, French dip sandwich, and other items. Everything was great and fresh. The Mac and cheese was my favorite and I tried a bite of the chicken club very good as well. I would say definitely give this place a try, let them impress you too.

in Matthews has the best manager and staff of ANY quick deli in the city. I watch the teamwork and assertiveness of the young staff members especially. They always greet me and get my orders out quick!
